Splendido e ben progettato appartamento con 2 camere da letto situato a pochi passi da Central Park e dai trasporti. L'unità può ospitare solo 4 persone. Le caratteristiche dell'unità includono due letti queen size, cucina privata e bagno.
Offriamo i comfort di casa con lenzuola / piumoni / coperte / cuscini e asciugamani all'arrivo.
Nuova ristrutturazione con pavimenti nuovi di zecca, freschi, puliti e accoglienti. Sentirsi a casa ma essere in vacanza.
Completamente arredato con cucina completamente attrezzata, bagno privato completo, lenzuola / piumoni / asciugamani forniti. Le utenze e il wifi sono inclusi nel costo del noleggio. Ci sono due televisori a schermo piatto per il tuo piacere di visione.
Parcheggio in strada vicino all'edificio.
Gli arrivi sono tra le 14:00 e le 17:00. C'è una tassa di arrivo in ritardo di $ 50 per gli arrivi tra le 17:00 e le 20:00.
La partenza è prima delle 11:00.

This was the perfect place for my daughter and I. It was clean and perfectly located and met our needs. Communication was easy and efficient. We would definitely stay there again.

At first I thought I had made a mistake until I moved in. There are two super markets within walking distance, the Met, East and the NYC Market, West, plus plenty of convenience stores and bakeries.
The Best Part is that the Green Line or Number 6, is right there along with a Bus Stop.
When I got there I found that I needed to go buy cleaning products like Swifters and Paper Towels, which was pretty easy considering the two super markets. If I had wanted to go to CostCo there is one up at 116th and 1st.
The Cable went out so I called and it was corrected that day. You need something the owner and super are extremely easy to get a hold of and take care of things right away.
I had fun there and would recommend it to anyone.

My husband and myself stayed for close to two months. The place was as described and looked exactly as shown in the photos. It was perfectly clean and there were towels, sheets, and all the necessary kitchen accessories. Wifi was available and reasonably fast. I would recommend this place.
