Mio marito ed io abbiamo viaggiato molto e abbiamo capito l'importanza di una sistemazione di buona qualità in un'ottima posizione. Abbiamo creato alloggi di lusso, completamente privati e tranquilli, con arredi e biancheria di alta qualità. La camera da letto, con un letto king molto comodo, si apre su un patio privato. patio privato e splendido giardino ad uso esclusivo con mobili da giardino e ombrellone, barbecue Weber, fuoco a gas, un prato piatto e una vista ravvicinata della spiaggia di Kohimarama. C'è un angolo cottura con frigorifero, lavandino, due piani cottura e forno a microonde. È inoltre disponibile un forno a convezione. Il bagno moderno ha una grande vasca e doccia. È un posto confortevole, tranquillo e rilassante dove tornare alla fine di una giornata intensa.

Was a lovely property and Maureen and John were delightful. Clean and well appointed. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

What a lovely, clean and quiet home. Check in was a breeze, Maureen was very responsive to all queries, John was easy to chat with the couple of times we met up. The location is wonderful, very close to the beaches, buses and an excellent cafe. And what a treat that private garden oasis was.

Maureen and John are fabulous hosts. The apartment is sparkly clean and has everything you need for your stay. The bedroom and lounge are very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The bathroom is a good size with excellent linens. The kitchen is nicely stocked and definitely eliminates the need to eat out for all meals. The garden is lovely and you have access to front load washer and dryer and outside clothesline, which we loved. You are literally around the corner from the beach and local eateries. I highly recommend this property - I would definitely return. Cheers!

We spent 4 nights at this beautiful property and really enjoyed it. It was exactly as shown in the photos, had a peaceful backyard oasis, and was so close to the beach. Maureen and John were easy to communicate with, and were available for any needs or questions. You can tell they have put a lot of thought and attention to detail into this property and it shows.We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to stay again in the future!Thank you Maureen and John!
