Questa casa di città a 3 piani si trova in una gated community È molto vicino alla strip e Summerlin dove ci sono tonnellate di ristoranti e altri resort off strip.
Ci sono 2 camere matrimoniali ognuna con il proprio bagno. C'è anche una sala Den / Theater al primo piano che può essere utilizzata come camera da letto con una culla o qualsiasi cosa tu voglia! Ci sono TV in TUTTE le camere e accesso a Internet ad alta velocità! Anche una zona lavatrice e asciugatrice situata tra le camere da letto al 3 ° piano.

Nice place , open floor plan and close access to mall and highway.

This place was just as advertised and David was very responsive. The townhome was very clean and comfortable. There are several steps from garage to main living level and another set of stairs to the bedroom level but we were good with that. It was very convenient to the places we were going to see family. We would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at David's place. He made sure that we had everything we needed. The pool was nice and we had it to ourselves every time we used it. The gated community as well as the garage parking adds extra safety. It wasn't far from the strip at all, super close to Red Rock Canyon, and there were plenty of stores and restaurants within just a few minutes. I would definitely stay here again.

Safe, Clean, and Spacious
We enjoyed our stay at David's place. He made sure that we had everything we needed. The pool was nice and we had it to ourselves every time we used it. The gated community as well as the garage parking adds extra safety. It wasn't far from the strip at all, super close to Red Rock Canyon, and there were plenty of stores and restaurants within just a few minutes. I would definitely stay here again.

Great gathering with of a couple of friends this past weekend. The communication with our host was great he was very responsive to our questions and helpful. Our place was good....basic and a bit sparse ,but overall good. and clean. The a/c was quite loud by the master bedroom. The pool and weight room were great and lots of access to nearby needs. overall a good place to stay . near to the strip shopping hiking etc.

We prepared meals in the kitchen and enjoyed the exercise room. The location was convient to shopping, the services, Red Rock State Park aand sports facilities. David was helpful beyond expectations. I would have rated our as 4.5 if the scaling system were more refined. I praise David, have no complaints and offer my thanks for renting his residence.

The townhouse is well appointed and located in a perfect spot to enjoy the suburbs and the mountains while still close to the strip. David is an amazing host and very responsive when you have questions. We had a great overall experience and highly recommended this property.

Property is in a great location and was clean. For me the beds were not that comfortable, but wife and other couple said they were ok.

I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay somewhere close by the strip/downtown. It was only a 15 minute drive and the house was really great. It was very clean and spacey (just enough room for my partner & I and a couple of friends). The neighborhood was nice & quiet, and close to bunch of stores/restaurants. Plus, the owner was really great at communication! Overall it was a great stay!

Condo is modern, well-equipped, and very clean. Host is gracious and exceptionally responsive. In fact, he is the best owner we worked with in our many VRBO rentals in a dozen states. Highly recommend.
