Questa casa rustica di montagna si trova nel quartiere di South Tahoe Pioneer Trail! È dotato di una grande sala, con soffitti a volta rifiniti con accenti di pino in tutto il mondo per l'atmosfera di Tahoe!
È dotato di servizi extra; 2 camini, un grande camino con pietra di granito e dettagli in legno e uno nella camera familiare. C'è una TV 70 nella camera familiare e un tavolo da biliardo da 8 piedi nella camera familiare.
Dispone inoltre di una grande vasca idromassaggio all'aperto e barbecue a gas, una vasca idromassaggio nel bagno padronale, ampi armadi, TV via cavo con vista in tutte le camere, grande sala e camera familiare e ha due ponti. Questo lodge dispone di Internet WIFI a banda larga via cavo
La cucina dell'isola è dotata di elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, acqua filtrata, ripiani in lastre di granito con ampi armadi in rovere. Tutti gli elettrodomestici inclusi lavatrice e asciugatrice, utensili, stoviglie, bicchieri sono stati acquistati nuovi di zecca!
Convenientemente situato al di fuori del Pioneer Trail vicino a Heavenly Ski Resort, lontano dal traffico turistico, questa casa è a soli 10 minuti di auto dallo shopping outlet Y, a 15 minuti da Sierra Ski Resort, a 5 minuti di auto da Heavenly e dai casinò; 10 minuti in auto da campi da golf e 70 minuti in auto dall'aeroporto di Reno.

Home was spacious and suitable for our party of 10 which included younger kids (age 4-8). Kids enjoyed the hot tub and even said that was their favorite part of the trip. I was appreciative of the home’s large dining table that actually seats 10 (they had extra chairs available). Other homes that house occupancy of 10 often have a mismatch of a smaller table and counter seating so being able to seat everyone at one place was a huge plus. My only note is that we had some heating issues in the upstairs bedrooms- the rest of the property would be warm but the master bedroom was significantly colder. We found some extra blankets in the closet and that helped some. There was also a heavy snow storm during our stay, so that might have added to the heating issue. Property owners were kind and responsive.

First off, it was great to have 5 bedrooms with no bunk beds. However, there were a few things that the owner should know about in case it was not brought to their attention.- Kitchen faucet knob kept coming off- Main floor bedrooms became really warm throughout the night while the kitchen and living-room remained at a comfortable temperature throughout the night. We were not able to correct temperature in the upstair bedrooms.- Broken screen in main bedroom. We had to block view.- Home didn’t look like it was cleaned that well. We found a few things around the home that should have been picked up or cleaned. Some of the pillows had an odor and had to be put in the washer.- Home was in a very quiet neighborhood and it was nice.- Kitchen appliances, cooking utensils, pots and pans were the best we’ve ever seen in a rented home so far.- All in all it was a pleasant stay.

We had plenty of room for our family. The house was in a quiet neighborhood and was conveniently located. I would stay here again.

The spaciousness of the house and location were positives. But it lacked enough furniture in the main living area (only one small sectional) with a big open & empty area where chairs or other seating should have been and none of the bedrooms even had dressers, so unpacking was impossible and we were forced to put our suitcases on the floor or in the closet. The hot tub was nice but the deck it sits on is small with very limited seating unless in the hot tub. The furnishings & other inclusions like kitchenware, were older and a bit shabby and need refreshing. It was reasonably clean but not to a high level. For some reason we had no access to the recycling bins in the garage and had to put big quantities of them in the regular garbage--that didn't feel like a good choice but we had no choice. This is a house for the budget conscious traveler so if you go into it that way, you won't be too disappointed.
