Grande cucina con costruito in stufa autopulente, gamma, microonde, lavastoviglie, frigo con acqua e distributore di ghiaccio, lo smaltimento. Costruito nel scrivania e cremagliera del vino. Una zona dinette cucina e una sala da pranzo formale. Ampio soggiorno con pavimento in legno. Entrambe le camere con pavimento in legno. Letti queen size con comò, comodini. Soggiorno dispone di TV via cavo 46 pollici. Master camera da letto dispone di TV via cavo 24 pollici. Wi-Fi è ora incluso in condominio. Lavatrice / asciugatrice in lavanderia. Master bagno ha una doccia separata dalla grande vasca da bagno romano. Una seconda cucina al patio coperto con piccolo sotto banco frigo, lavello, armadi, e una griglia Jennaire. Ventilatori a soffitto su Lanai e in entrambe le camere da letto, cucina e soggiorno. A / C, umidificatore, il calore. Mobili in vimini Lanai comprende poltrone, tavolo, 2 sedie di club, nonché patio tavolo e sedie. Tutti gli arredi sono nuovi a partire dal maggio 2013. Divano letto è queen size.

We stayed at this property at Falling Waters for a month. The property is beautiful - maybe even nicer than the photos. It is spacious, well equipped with a lovely outdoor lanai overlooking lush gardens and a water fall feature. The Falling Waters community is also very nice with an amazing pool - like a resort pool. There isn't any pickleball but we played at the National Pickleball center (only 10 minutes away). There are 64 courts there with lots of open play. From a location perspective, this property is close to beaches as well as the heart of Naples (5th Avenue). Maybe 10 to 15 minutes based on traffic. Working with the owner was easy and helpful. We would happily stay here again

We would love to stay here again. I particularly liked the location. While it is not very far from several nice beaches in Naples, the condo is located just off a main street that provides easy access to anywhere one would like to go. It is close to the interstate, attractions such as the Botanical Gardens (highly recommend btw), Celebration Park (great food trucks) downtown shopping, etc. Parking can be an issue at the beaches so it is great to have a very nice pool located on property. The property owner, Bill, responds almost immediately to any communication, although we didn't really need to get in touch after arriving at the property. There is a nice selection of books on premise for those who like to read and the community club house also has a library. The condo is nicely furnished and roomy, including the lanai. Again, highly recommend this property.

We absolutely loved our month in this condo. We felt totally at home. We found it very spacious, comfortable, well equipped and clean. Loved the huge private lani overlooking two water falling features and included a built in grill. The pool in this complex was beautiful and just a short walk from the condo. The owner, Bill was great to work with. He purchased a Keurig for us to use when we asked him if there was one in the condo. Having a garage was such a plus.

The condo was perfect for us.A very large lanai with a summer kitchen, super master suite. The location was great and Falling Waters has a great pool.We are going back next year.
