The property was clean and right on the ocean. We enjoyed every aspect of our trip and everything was communicated very well with the owners. This was our 2nd time there and we would definitely go back. Loved it!

Our family had a beautiful stay. House had every amenity. Living area was perfect and the deck was a nice extension. The view you wake up to in the master bedroom is amazing!! Privacy was extremely nice as it’s mid beach block. Our pups loved the deck and enjoyed the many walks along Pleasure. It was a true home away from home and we hope they will have us back!

This house is steps from a beautiful beach, with private parking. The house is very clean and well-equipped. You can see the ocean from the master bedroom, the view from the first floor is dunes. People with disabilities should be aware that all of the outdoor and kitchen seating is bar stool height chairs.

The house has a Well equipped clean kitchen. It’s On the beach so very short walk and very convenient. The beach location is great as the beach is large with lifeguards a short walk away. Deck is large with a 6 person high-top table but no ocean view… just of the dunes. The only view is from the upstairs back bedroom which is exactly what the pictures show. The surf sounds are relaxing and the area is quiet. Front patio with 4 person table was perfect for windy days or computer work. Bedrooms are very small and two have overhead fans. I recommend bringing a small fan for the bunk room if you like that. A/C works well. Beds were comfortable. Nice spot for the price.

I found this property to be nicely appointed and right at the dunes! The orientation makes it nice from morning to evening. Off street parking is clutch! It’s on my list for next year. The owners were responsive and nothing went undone. 👍

I actually took a few days away by myself with my one dog. The home is beautiful and was so relaxing and peaceful. And the beach is a few feet away. Kristen was absolutely incredible to deal with and it was a pleasure.

We loved this home! It was immaculate, well stocked with essential kitchen items, and very comfortable. It was truly right on the beach and the view was wonderful. The owners were very responsive and the entire experience was perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Clean and super comfortable home just steps to the beach…what more could you ask for? The view from the main bedroom is stunning - nothing but ocean. After months of planning around chemo appointments, we finally got our week at the beach and Hurricane Ian decided to plant himself of the. Jersey shore for our entire week. Thankfully, the house was perfect so we still enjoyed our stay….although we did finally give in to Ian 2 days early and head home. The location of this house is ideal and the deck is perfect for enjoying the sounds and smells of the ocean. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the property and, since we had to cook more than we had planned due to flooding, how well the kitchen was stocked. The view from the master bedroom is a million dollar view and so calming. I hope we get to come here again when we can enjoy the outside areas and the beach. Highly recommend this property.

If you are looking for a beautiful beachfront home in a great neighborhood, then look no further. Owners were so excellent to work with, beautiful furnishings and kitchenware. We booked for next year immediately.

A wonderful beach house right ON the beach. It was the perfect getaway for our family of four! Well-appointed and cozy, the house had just what we needed for a great beach vacation! I would absolutely love to return and would recommend to others considering a family beach getaway.

Amazing location and property, had the best week. We stayed in the winter for a short time and couldn’t wait to come back. We felt so comfortable and our dog loved her vacation and meeting Harper. Rich and Kristen were so responsive and great hosts!

Sun every day, no rain. Very clean property, all amenities work, owner close by. Only issue was major building construction next door...noise and debris blowing onto rental. Entrance to beach close by.

Clean property and a beautiful location. For us it wasn't ideal because the rooms did not have any space around the beds for a pack n play which is the whole reason we were looking for a 3 bedroom. The bunk beds have a futon but it is screwed into a wooden base and cannot be folded up. Also the only tables are high tops which was hard for us with young kids. It was a lovely rental and would be great for a family with older kids.

The house was great and exactly as advertised. It's a perfect location just off the beach and the view from the master bedroom is excellent. Great place for small family getaway to the shore.

We had a great time staying at this beach house in Sea Isle City. It is so close to the beach! The kids loved their bunk beds. The ocean view from the main bedroom is amazing - the perfect way to wake up. The kitchen had everything we needed. Great place and great hosts.

Wake up to the sunrise. Sit on the deck protected by the dunes. Stroll on what feels like your own private beach. It was more than expected. And the host is amazing. I will absolutely be going back.

This is a great house to hang at the beach. No worries of parking, just get up head to beach. Took the dog to Townsend Inlet for sun set. Sunset Grill is a nice nearby place to to have breakfast or lunch.

This property was absolutely worth it. The view from the master bedroom earns a 5 star rating itself. The home is beautiful and open and VERY tidy. Id love to be back again!
