Rilassati e goditi le onde dell'oceano e le meravigliose sabbie di Carolina Beach in questo condominio con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni con vista sull'oceano e sulla piscina dal ponte che abbraccia il soggiorno e la camera da letto principale. Il complesso comprende due piscine, accesso alla spiaggia privata a pochi passi dal condominio, diverse docce esterne e due posti auto coperti. Il condominio è dotato di aria condizionata, lavatrice / asciugatrice, televisione via cavo, WIFI gratuito e cucina completa con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile (compresa la lavastoviglie) fornita di tutto il necessario. Si prega di notare che abbiamo una normale macchinetta del caffè e una sola tazza da caffè, quindi portate le forniture di caffè per quello che preferite! C'è un tavolo da pranzo e un bar per la colazione con posti a sedere aggiuntivi. Il soggiorno ha porte scorrevoli in vetro che conducono al ponte e TV via cavo, nonché un lettore DVD. C'è una selezione di libri, giochi da tavolo, giochi di carte, riviste e DVD nel soggiorno per il tuo divertimento durante il tuo soggiorno. Sul ponte troverai un posto contenitore con giochi da spiaggia assortiti all'interno per il tuo uso mentre sei qui. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale, bagno privato, TV via cavo su televisore a schermo piatto e porte scorrevoli in vetro che conducono al ponte. La seconda camera ha letti a castello, letto estraibile e un televisore a schermo piatto con lettore Blu-ray / DVD Smart che essenzialmente converte il televisore in una smart TV. C'è un secondo bagno completo nel corridoio.

This was our third stay in Carolina Beach but our first at Sand Pebbles (and our first with Intracoastal). We picked it because our friends had already reserved a condo at Sand Pebbles, which was our priority. We were extremely satisfied with the smooth, quick check-in process (our place was even ready early, but we were still on the road). Twice during our stay, we had to reach out to Intracoastal: once because we locked ourselves out (oops!) and once because the unit’s laundry wasn’t working. In both cases, the response was timely and efficient, The condo itself was a bit dated (the couch and bed were not the most comfortable due to age and wear, there was a gash in one of the bathroom ceilings, one of the bathtub fixtures was half falling off).

The location of the condo is about a 15 min walk to the boardwalk, which helps keeps the crowds down while still being close enough to everything. There are three restaurants across the street, and a gas station and farmers market a couple of blocks away. There is even a tiki bar on the pier less than a five-minute walk away. Everyone at the condo was respectfully quiet, which made the stay even better.
The room itself wasn't bad. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, decent furniture, and a view of the ocean and pool from the balcony. The carpet and mattresses are a little stained/dirty, but the beds were comfortable. There is a TV in every room and even a washer/dryer.
The only suggestions I would have are to have some kind of blackout curtains in the bedroom. Between the lights from the pool area and the early sunrise, the main bedroom has a lot of light coming into it. We ended up hanging all of the spare comforters over the curtain rods to try and make it more manageable to sleep in. The lock on the gate to get to the beach was kind of hard to use, but may have just had sand in it. It was usually left propped open by guests.

Hvac filter was filthy. Some outlets in bedroom didnt work. Front door lock jammed frequently.
