What a great spot to enjoy all that Huntington Beach has to offer. This cozy, roomy condo is so close to everything you can walk , the beach, restaurants, coffee, main street and more. We cant wait to come back!

It was a pleasure staying in Huntington Beach! This location is a perfect walk to the beach with everything you need. My wife and kids and I had a great time in the water. The beach was busy but not crowded and very clean. Check in and out was easy. Roger the owner was right next door. He was very down to earth, helpful with recommendations, but also respected our privacy. We would return in a heartbeat if we go back!

We visited Huntington Beach from the east coast for our summer vacation and this town, location, and rental were ideal. Just 2-3 blocks from the beach - close enough for hauling all of the beach gear and to run back home when we needed something. We stayed during the busy 4th of July weekend, so the location of the house outside of the downtown area was peacefully away from the crowds, but still walkable (under 10 mins) for the shops and restaurants. The hosts live next door and were available for questions and recommendations. We had a great time and would definitely rent here again!!

I took my niece to California to celebrate her high school graduation. The unit was big enough for us each to have a HUGE bedroom/bathroom. Living room couches are soft and comfy. All amenities were included. Host was easy to contact and quick to respond to anything we needed.
The best though, was the location! Huntington Beach is a gorgeous, clean city and the great beaches are right outside the door! We enjoyed Main Street for shopping and dining.

Me and my family went and stayed June 12 through the 15th. Check in and check out process was super easy. Roger the owner is very easy to reach via text, is great at giving suggestions for local activities, etc. The condo is clean, much larger than expected, had all the amenities and more including an outdoor shower! No need to bring your beach stuff, because they provide chairs, and umbrella, beach toys, and a wagon! There’s a full-size washer dryer, and it is in a perfect, beautiful, quiet neighborhood, a block and a half from the beach! We will definitely be visiting again !!
I highly recommend this property to families, younger and older kids, groups of friends, and, like I said, Roger was very accommodating! I give this property a A+, and it provided a super easy and smooth check in and check out process as well! Couldn’t ask for much more!

The rental is everything as advertised and more - the pictures do not do justice to this place. Roger is more than accommodating and will provide hints and ideas for those looking for both. The place was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was very useable if you are looking at making your own food. The location is truly 1.5 blocks to the ocean and located in a very quiet, residential area. Loved the outdoor shower after returning from the beach! Would definitely recommend to anyone. Thanks Roger for sharing your lovely place.

This property provided everything we needed for our family of five. The beds were comfortable and the supplies were great. It was so close to the beach; and stores and restaurants are close by so it was very convenient to grab some groceries or a bite to eat. We love that beach towels and gear were provided for a fun day at the beach. Roger was very helpful and made everything smooth. If we ever venture to Huntington Beach again, we’d love to stay here.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very large. The place was clean. There were plenty kitchen and beach supplies. I hope the next time we need a place to stay in Huntington Beach, this unit is available!

We spent a week here. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is very close to the beach with easy access. The HB Pier is about 15 blocks away. Great quiet neighborhood. All major markets and lots of other stores are less than an 8 minute drive. It is a real beach house and is very comfortable. The Owners are super nice and always available. If contacted they will address things (we had no issues just a few questions). Kitchen is well stocked and it has a washer dryer and great BBQ on the back patio. The 2 bedrooms are upstairs, one with a queen the other with twins you could pull together and a hideabed couch. Separate baths for each.

We enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room for our family. We were able to walk to the beach to enjoy surfers and sunsets. It was nice to have access to beach toys, umbrella, and wagon.

This was a great place to stay for us because the main purpose of our trip was to spend time at the beach. We explored other places as well but it was so nice to just walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again :)

Located in quiet residential neighborhood in close proximity to the beach. Spacious rooms and closets. Well equipped kitchen and beach amenities. Please be aware there is no a/c.

The place is just as advertised. Plus it comes with loads of beach equipment. Roger was wonderful to work with. It was very clean and perfect for our use. My one reason for giving it a 4 out of 5 is that it could use a little refreshing.

The place is large and in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. He had boogie boards and beach equipment which was quite helpful.

Excellent Location, excellent facility
If you're going to spend time at the beach this location is fantastic. It's only a 2 block walk and there are crosswalks across the busy PCH nearby. It's also close to a market, donut shop, restaurant and a board rental place. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked and we had great communication with the host. We would definitely stay here again.

An absolutely amazing place to stay! The place is very nice and spacious and great proximity to the beach! Roger was a great host and ensured that we had everything we needed. Definitely a great find!

Nice location
Walking distance to beach and nice host. The dishwasher did not work and there were problems with the shower. It needs a thorough cleaning and all the screens fixed.

Awesome location, close to the beach. Lots of room. Nice patio and outdoor shower was very useful with the sand. Could’ve been cleaner and it could use some upgrades, new paint, carpet. But overall we had a great time.
