Gorgeous Pet-friendly Boutique Ranch ! Next to skiing, fishing, rafting
Spaziosa, soleggiata, elegante casa su 5 ettari, annidata accanto a una riserva naturale di 1000 acri! Il sogno di un amante dei cavalli, comodo per i nostri campi da polo! Paesaggi splendidi, grande fienile, pascoli, Wi-Fi, pascoli, stagno. Godetevi il solitario con un facile accesso ad Aspen. Escursione / corsa nella natura selvaggia in 5 minuti!
Viste spettacolari, ampia fauna selvatica, guardare i falchi, colombe e cervi dal patio. Il "muro di finestre" nel soggiorno porta l'aria aperta dentro di te, con laghetto riflettente, alberi di pioppo e verdi pascoli a portata di mano. La rustica cucina francese provenzale con un grande lavabo in porcellana aggiunge fascino allo spazio abitativo. Crea il tuo evento gastronomico, perfetto per intrattenere!
I padroni di casa sono di proprietà e si occupano dei pony in miniatura, delle capre, degli asini e dei cavalli / irrigazione / manutenzione dei ranch, ma a meno che tu non abbia richieste specifiche, raramente li vedi.
Chiedeteci di Gold metal fishing, rafting, mountain bike, trekking, passeggiate a cavallo, Aspen ideas Festival, cibo e vino, il rodeo, io sono la meravigliosa natura di John Denver Windstar, proprio accanto!

This is a unique property featuring a huge wall of windows with a gorgeous view year round. Watching the sunset over the summer plains of old Snowmass while reading a book was an unforgettable experience. Kevin is great and clearly loves this property and the area around it. The location was ideal for 15-20 minutes drives to see the whole area over a long weekend: early morning hikes to the Maroon Bells, lunch and shopping in Aspen, afternoon hikes with the dogs through Snowmass, and evening dinners in Basalt’s picturesque downtown. Take the scenic route when you can (Watson Divide)!A couple of things to know if you’re booking here: 1) It is advertised as pet-friendly and the cabin certainly is, but there is no enclosed yard. So you will only let your dogs off-leash here if they have great recall and if you don’t mind them running through long grass or near a road. If you want to go for walks with your dogs, you will end up walking down the nearby county road which is moderately trafficked.2) The property is more of quaint cabin in the woods than a luxury mountain retreat. There is no central air, so it is warm in the summer sun and relies on space heaters in the winter (there are many in the unit). The unit is showing its age and there are a few things that could be improved to make the stay more comfortable. The shower, open holes in the floor in some rooms, and a lack of locking doors might keep some travelers from feeling truly relaxed during their stay.

A great house on a beautiful property. We very much enjoyed our stay, and Kevin is highly communicative and friendly. Didn't want to leave! We will certainly be back!

Such a special getaway- truly a slice of heaven and very accurate description. “Elevated glamping” as Kevin called it. The wall of windows is incredible

Good location of property with animals wondering about-chickens, goats and other dogs! Would caution other dog owners that if your dog is not use to farm animals, it might be a bit stressful, same with small children. There’s a pound in the backyard, stay vigilant!
Not a fan of NOT being able to lock either sliding glass door. It just felt unsafe, not just from humans but wildlife-bear intruders. Trash is not secure or in bear proof trash area! It’s right outside of unlocked sliding glass door.
Unit is very exposed to outside with large glass windows with no privacy shades or curtains. It gets uncomfortably hot during the day.
There is no over head lighting which is also strange and dark at night (only lamps scattered about).
Property could use a good deep clean! View from windows would be spectacular if they were clean!! Kitchen and bathrooms were not clean on arrival. Dishwasher is not properly installed. Coffee maker was broken.
As far as other VRBOs, the personal toiletries in bathroom and leftover kitchen spices and other food items were not expected or welcome. Not a standard VRBO kitchen or bathroom which is void of other people’s stuff.
There is no TV or cable to unit. It would be nice to have the option of a TV in main room and bedrooms. Let visitors decide to watch TV or go without.
Overall, this could be an outstanding VRBO in the Aspen area but it needs some TLC, major cleaning and updates to compete with other VRBOs in the area!
