Benvenuti su Islander 317! Cammina verso la spiaggia, rilassati sul balcone e goditi le splendide albe e tramonti sul Golfo, o goditi i parchi acquatici, i ristoranti, i negozi e la vita notturna!
Abbiamo accesso privato alla spiaggia che si trova a pochi passi dalla lobby Islander. Il servizio in spiaggia gratuito di 2 sedie e un ombrellone è disponibile da marzo a ottobre. È inoltre possibile noleggiare paddle board e kayak sulla spiaggia.
La nostra unità si trova al 3 ° piano ed è stata completamente rinnovata nel 2015. Ha pavimenti in piastrelle freschi e puliti, ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici, nuovi letti e nuovi arredi nella sala da pranzo e nella camera da letto principale. Si tratta di un appartamento con due camere da letto e due bagni che può ospitare 6 persone. Il divano nel soggiorno si trasforma in un divano letto queen size. Ci sono 3 televisori - uno schermo piatto da 55 "(con lettore Blu-Ray) nel soggiorno e uno schermo piatto da 32" in ogni camera da letto. C'è una palestra con tapis roulant, macchina ellittica e due macchine per la resistenza della parte superiore del corpo accanto alla reception nella hall. Abbiamo anche due piscine (una delle quali è riscaldata), diverse griglie all'aperto, shuffleboard, campi da tennis e un campo da basket.
La nostra unità fa parte del programma di noleggio The Islander, il che significa che riceverete tutti i servizi forniti dal resort, incluso il servizio di reception 24 ore su 24 durante i mesi estivi. The condo was very nice and clean. The listing says there is a washer and dryer in the unit. That is not true. They have a laundry service on tuesdays and thursdays. The bed in the master was not comfortable at all. My husband and i hardly slept the whole trip. Other than that, everything worked and the front desk was very accommodating.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The condo was clean, up to date appliance and decor. We felt at home for the week my family stayed. Short walk to the beach and with the chair and umbrella included it was a plus. Loved that there was two pool options and how close the condo was to attractions and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again when in Destin.

No Keurig machine in the room, had to get coffee elsewhere. Loved Capriccios Café down the street. The walk to the beach is short and very nice. The view isn't terrible but would have loved a beach view, its blocked by other buildings. The condo was clean, beds and couch were comfortable for a 5 day stay, parking was good. Location was in the middle of everything. Would definitely stay here again but request to have a room closer to the elevator.

We have stayed at the Islander 5 times now. We love the condo's and the location. We usually go Mid-May & Mid-October and it's perfect no crowds on the beach or restaurants. Our daughter is in a wheelchair and she has no problems getting on the beach.

Family Vacation
This property was clean and very well stocked. The location is great with plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby. The pools and the beach are just a short walk from the condo. The beach was pretty crowded and the rental chairs take up most of the beach. Of course that is no fault of the property owner I would just recommend to future renters to go down to the beach extra early to get a good spot during the summer rush. This is a great location for families, they have family friendly activities most nights.

Awesome stay!!
We drove all the from Texas and stayed at the Islander and it was amazing…The rooms were clean and beds very comfortable…the view from the balcony was something out of a magazine…you could see the ocean and boats out from the balcony and could see our kids swimming in the pool!! Perfect location and would definitely stay again!!

Overall good
The check-in process could have been faster. Only having two elevators only sucked when arriving and departing. We took the stairs any other time. The property was also older than we anticipated but it worked out. The furniture was kind of dingy looking so we sat on towels but other than that it was good!

Me and my husband spent a week here with our toddler. The unit was very kid friendly and the smart TVs were nice when we needed a break from the beach. The unit also had the complimentary beach chair service so we always had 2 chairs and an umbrella when we went out to the beach(such a must because Destin sun is so hot!!) We did feel like the king bed was slightly creaky. Other than that everything worked great in the unit and it was just as it was pictured.

The only negative thing about our trip was the squeaky master bed. Our son sleeps with us and if we even moved, he would wake up because it is so bad. Other than that, everything is perfect.

My husband and I are both retired and we travel with our best friends of over 30 years. Our annual trip is almost always a week in Florida in early May before the kids are out of school. We stayed at Inlet Reef in 2021 and were planning to stay there. Prices were high. Then we found The Islander!! Our first time be it will not be the last time! We all four loved it! Your employees were the best. From the front desk to the grounds keeper to the guy on the beach. We hoping to be in 517 in 2023. We have already checked it out. Just waiting on the prices! Thank you for a fabulous week!

Nice property. Family feel. Well maintained property. Broken toilet was fixed within minutes. Check in was a bit slow. No one at the front desk when we arrived at check in time. Still ,overall a nice location and beautiful beach!

The place is in a great location and was remodeled/updated - looked great. However, I wish I’d paid more attention to the listing because there’s no washer or dryer in the unit. There is a laundry room onsite, however, but it was a minor inconvenience. Other than that it was a great unit. The property itself is decent, but it rained a lot and the parking lot flooded severely - some cars were partially submerged. But this didn’t negatively affect our unit.
