Venite a stare in questo spazioso, 1 camera da letto, 1 appartamento da bagno che si trova a pochi passi da Eagle Lodge. La posizione e i servizi complessi non possono essere battuti! Rilassatevi di fronte all'accogliente caminetto a legna o godetevi un bagno in una delle numerose vasche idromassaggio. Il condominio ha una cucina completa per un pasto cucinato a casa dopo una lunga giornata in collina o in bicicletta, così come molti posti a sedere al tavolo da pranzo.
Nella camera da letto principale c'è un letto king size e TV e il bagno è appena fuori dalla porta. C'è anche un divano letto nel soggiorno per i bambini o gli ospiti supplementari. Il complesso Summit offre servizi eccezionali come una piscina all'aperto e 6 jacuzzi, 4 saune e 3 aree barbecue distribuite in tutto il complesso, centro fitness e campi da tennis. Il parcheggio sotterraneo coperto non consente di spalare le giornate nevose.
Tutti gli ospiti della Mammoth Sierra possono usufruire gratuitamente dell'accesso gratuito allo Snowcreek Athletic Club per usufruire di servizi quali piscina coperta riscaldata, bagno turco / sauna, palestra, yoga, pilates e studio ciclistico e altro ancora. We love the location and how close it is to eagle lodge. Works well with young kids. The unit is clean and everything was easy to use. The hot tubs were close by to our unit as well. Parking garage was nice to use as well.

Negatives: A little smaller than expected; Dated furnishings; Very small toilet/bath area; Poor showerhead; Not walking distance to shops/restaurants but it would be perfect for skiers when chair 15 is open; There was a used bath towel left in the bathroom (gross!).
I would recommend to a friend/relative. Property appeared to be clean and well maintained. Satisfied with the rental company.

Context is Important
For the price point, and with many other variables considered, I believe this is a very good value. I have rented several condos in this complex over the past 15+years. Some were original "as-built" and some were very nicely updated and modern. And the rates typically reflect that. This unit is as advertised. A bit "rustic", but clean and the bed was very comfy at the end of a hard days skiing. The location near Eagle Chair is my favorite in Mammoth.

outdated and stale
This property is on the second floor with no elevator. We were told the tennis courts were available, but they were under repair. The furniture is old and uncomfortable, though the bed was fine. The porch is too small to sit on and enjoy. But if you are looking for a cheap place to sleep, this is fine.

Great condo if you love light blue... very dated decor, fixtures and furnishings. This condo has not been undated in years (if not decades). However, it was clean, functional and close to the slopes.

My only complaint is that the pull out couch is pretty much impossible to sleep on. I would say this sleeps two. NEVER 4! We had 3 people and without being able to sleep on the pull out couch. One slept on the couch not pulled out which was also very difficult.

Perfect location and very clean
This place is perfect for one couple and 2 teenagers. It has been renewed recently, it’s very clean and perfectly located 5min walking distance from the lift. The only issue might the neighbors if they are noisy, sound isolation is poor.

Close to lifts
We had a great stay over this past weekend. It was very convenient to The slopes, great location. Very comfortable and clean. We would stay there again.

Living room couch is old and no seat support. Sank to the bottom. We could not use the couch, very disappointing. Had to place a sheet over the love seat to use it, very disgustingly dirty.
Living/dinner room heater did not work. Management came by 2nd day to fix. Afterwards just continually ran, thermostat does not work. Got so hot we had to shut it off at the unit. Then it would not come back on. Had to use the fireplace for heat.
Great location, big unit.
Old electronics. No HDMI plug in the old tube TV.
Recommend if the couch and love seat got replaced and heater fixed

Close to lifts
Super location! So close to the Eagle chair.
Had some heating issues, very cold the first night, maintenance did try to fix. It was better, but not great. The refrigerator froze everything....juice, eggs, lettuce, etc. kind of defeats having a unit with a kitchen. The toaster only worked if you stood and held the lever down. Reported both to the rental agency. I am hesitant to post the negative because they are very fixable and may not be an issue for the next renter. It is also probably time to upgrade to a wall mount big screen TV and new couches. But....it is still a GREAT location.
