Hypnotic Screened Porch

Lovely home that was a convenient location less than 10 minutes from downtown highlands! Very clean and well stocked for everything we needed. My husband and I were in town for a wedding and loved having more space than a typical hotel!

Our stay was wonderful! The screen porch area was a beautiful place to sit and relax after a long day. Property was very clean and Anne was helpful with any questions we had!

The best place to get away! This house was perfectly clean, kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed, and has the coziest living room and screened porch. Expectations exceeded. Perfect amount of room for one or 2 couples! Host is so helpful and responsive with any needs or questions.

This is a great property. It is listed as occupancy of 4 (which it clearly is) but the pricing is based on double occupancy. We travel with another couple and they picked the place and I paid for it. We did not realize the hook until we arrived and started to enjoy the beautiful screen porch and discuss the weekend. Really wouldn't have cared about $100 but feel that the property should not be advertised for 4 people and then charge extra to have 4 people. Besides that, it is convenient and private. Yes, I did ask the host about this and was told that it was the correct policy. Don't let this review keep you away from the property, just be aware of the policy when comparing it to others.
