At first we were skeptical by the look of the place from the outside but when we stepped inside the place looked great. It’s less than 5 mins from the beach. The bed was super comfortable. It’s definitely better than we expected for the price we paid. Definitely recommend if you beed a quick cheap place to stay by the beach.
The outside looks sketchy.

Location and room
Wish there was a coffee maker in the room, though it’s near many places outside to get coffee/food. It’s just nice to have some caffeine before walking outside

The location is wonderful. It was a short walk to the beach. It was also very well run. The check-in process was very smooth, and instructions to identify the on-premise parking were very useful.
Overall, it was a very good value. The room and bathroom had been thoughtfully updated, and the bed was very comfortable.
Free parking was nice, if a bit tight.
Our unit backed up to a back street, which felt more like an alley. I was a bit concerned about that, but we felt safe and didn't hear any noise.
It's a small point, but it would have been nice to have some kind of table or desk in the room.

Location was very good. The room itself was nice. The mattress was comfortable.
There were no curtains only a blind so the outdoor lights shine in over night making it hard to sleep well. The pillows were too firm and bulky. The room was not ready when we arrived at 6:30pm.
