They space in the suite was great for a family of 5.
The community spaces were dirty & not well taken care of. A lot of doors, gates, & windows were left unlocked.

The breakfast and big the room was and divied
That no one notified me when there was no hot water I woke up at 3pm to get ready for work so took a cold shower

Ac was not cooling and had to relocate @ 1 a.m with no adjustment to the bill or any complimentary. Requeted a stay over to the manager ,was told no rooms was available, went thru a 3rd party afterwards and booked one more night.

This hotel is a hotel that all of the hotels Should be measured by. They are extremely accommodating, they are The most Modern,most thoughtful, Most trendful,(But,not trendy), Their 🙏 Amenities are Amazing. Most but,not all offered the following. Free breakfast, free dinner, Free laundry facilities,(soap not included) The most amazing Room or Rooms That you will ever see. Clean, spacious, ultra modern looking, amazing floors, amazing furnishings, Fully equipped kitchens, coffee maker, microwave, Silverware, The most amazing bed that you will ever sleep on, The most amazing sheets, and pillows, and duvet( And after a long day of driving on a road trip for business or pleasure You will sink into these and be so thankful) Non smoking and they mean it thank God, A pool, a hot tub, and even among the problems associated with the Covid 19 situation they are extremely accommodating And do everything they can to be safe to staff and to the general public. Believe me I could go on and on once you stay at this hotel. All others will pale in Comparison.
There is nothing possible anyone could not like About this hotel. It is the creme de la creme of accommodations.
