This is a very pleasant house, spacious and well maintained. We loved the backyard! The location is perfect, easy walking distance to all attractions in St John's.

We stayed here for 5 days and cannot find anything but positives to say about our stay. All was as described and absolutely a few minutes from downtown activities and restaurants. Quiet neighbour hood with a lovely private space outdoors in the back yard. We would recommend it to anyone, a couple, small family or two couples.

This property is in a perfect location, short walk to to the downtown pubs and shopping yet in a very quiet residential area. This location is also very close to a grocery store and neighborhood cafes.
The kitchen was well equipped and there is a small but lovely outdoor area to enjoy.
Bonnie was very responsive to our questions, overall a great experience.

Stayed 6 nights and used it as home base for our day trips all over the peninsula. Comfy, cozy and all around wonderful. Two air conditioners on the bedrooms levels were much appreciated on the hot days though one is very loud. Still used it every night and had earplugs.

We planned a one week getaway with our family. Bonnie went above and beyond to give us a real taste of Newfoundland hospitality. We wanted to do a lobster boil- Bonnie gave us ideas where to buy the lobster, she brought over two big boiling pots, a propane burner and tongs- she even came back to get the garbage so there wouldn’t be any unnecessary odours. Her clean and tidy house was in the perfect spot to access downtown in a short walk, and access the highway quickly. An adorable backyard space and parking pass was a bonus too! We would definitely stay there again without hesitation! Bonnie is the best!

Bannerman is perfect location to stay, Your able to walk everywhere . The Rooms, Signal Hill, Quidi Vidi, The Battery even George st. Plus convenient to café bakeries butcher n restaurants ❤️The host Bonnie east to get n fast replies was lovely stay! Just have rain coat n tighten the runners very hilly city n weather comes n goes

A clean and well-appointed sweet little house tucked in to a quiet corner of St. John's - but within easy walking of historic downtown. The host is quick and clear with communication (and outstandingly patient!). It was a frazzling week for us - but we looked forward to going back to this charming house!

I stayed here for just under 2 weeks while in St. John’s for work. I found the place to be very quiet and peaceful, warm and cozy, and the garden was beautiful to look at (although the weather was too rainy / cool / windy to enjoy sitting in it). Guests should know that they may be required to feed the koi fish in the backyard pool a few times per day, and that the 2nd floor tub/shower combo is usable as a bathtub only. I did have to take care of cleaning some dust on the portable fans and blinds in the 2nd floor bedroom, and the home shows some signs of wear and tear, but it’s safe and comfy and the location (near downtown and beautiful Bannerman park) can’t be beat. Bonnie was very responsive in communicating and I’d recommend this little townhouse for long or short stays.

It was nice to stay in a jelly bean house close to downtown and the harbour. Great walking to most places. The house is a good size and has a lovely back patio. It is an old house so light sleepers beware. Also keep all food in the refrigerator and doors closed as we did have mice one evening. Highly recommended for one or two couples!

Well appointed and very clean. Good area and close to downtown. The house was comfortable. Only issue was the noise the upstairs bed made when you moved!

Three wonderful weeks. Close to everything, shopping, restaurants, live music and most of all friendly people. Our host Bonnie responded within minutes and made sure everything was to our liking. We would stay there again without hesitation!

The property was clean and Bonnie did a great job of communicating. We especially liked relaxing in the back yard after a day of sight seeing. Restaurants, downtown, and the harbor historic walks were within walking distance. Nice little touches like condiments and toiletries were appreciated.

I rented this spot for visiting artists from Toronto who were doing some work in the province and needed a pied-a-terre while they were here. The house was perfect, with a very well furnished and stocked kitchen, plenty of room for socializing/hosting, and private bedrooms that had a floor each for when the guests needed solo time. Great place in a great location
This was the perfect home base for a weekend stay! Walking distance to Bannerman brewing for a coffee in the am and beer in the pm. Easy on street parking and tons of space. Great value! Would highly recommend!

This property was a perfect place to stay to enjoy the city of St. John’s. Having a backyard space was exactly what we wanted and it did not disappoint. Wonderful home with many little perks!

We had to reschedule last minute due to hurricane Teddy and lost the first two days, however, Bonnie was so kind and able to extend the two days on the other end.
The house was in a great location and a parking permit available to make life easy. The house is beautiful and has everything you can think of. The back yard area is private and serene where we enjoyed the bbq and the goldfish ( not on the bbq)
Easy access with the keypad and close to shops and restaurants as well about a 15 minute stroll to the downtown core of George Street.
We will certainly recommend this property to our friends and hope to return soon :)

This is a very comfortable house with a bonus of a beautiful little garden with a Koi pool. Its proximity to Downtown St. John's cannot be beaten. The owners were excellent hosts, and made all of our transactions easy and pleasant.
