Gorgeous Victorian direct ocean front single family six bedroom, ten rooms
Un bellissimo vittoriano di 10 camere fronte oceano con un portico avvolgente che si affaccia sull'oceano. Una nuova cucina è stata installata nel 2007. Ogni camera ha un letto. 4 camere hanno letti Queen e 2 camere hanno letti matrimoniali e, se necessario, è disponibile una configurazione per culla. Tre delle camere si affacciano sull'oceano. La casa si trova a soli 2 miglia di distanza dal centro della città con molti ottimi ristoranti. Si tratta di 10 minuti a New Haven e solo 5 minuti a Stony Creek dove è possibile navigare nelle Isole del ditale e fare colazione o pranzo. Entro 40 minuti di viaggio, puoi visitare il Mohegan Sun Casino e un tempo di viaggio più breve per gli outlet Clinton Premium che includono Ralph Lauren, Coach, Saks Fifth Avenue e molti altri! 10 minuti all'università di Yale, che viene spesso affittata per la maggior parte delle funzioni all'università da genitori e ex studenti.

We had a wonderful time at this waterfront home in Branford. The sunsets are truly magnificent. I rented the house for my three grown children, their five children, and myself. There was plenty of room for all of us. The house was equipped with everything you might need, including kitchen items, towels, and toys. The owner suggested we bring water shoes because it is a bit rocky. It reminded me of the beaches in Positano, Italy. The local grocery store is only about 4 miles away. On our last day, we picked up pizza from Michaelangelo's in West Haven. It may not be as famous as Pepe's Pizza in New Haven, but it's still very good. The house is beautifully decorated in an antique Victorian flare. Comfortable. We will go again!

Our family ranged in ages from 13 to 96. We were 12 people for a couple days and then 10. We all had a marvelous time and my mom just can’t stop talking about how beautiful the view and the antique furniture was. It was difficult for that many people only having two bathrooms, but we made it work. We did run out of hot water so we learned to scatter showers when possible. The view is amazing and the location was wonderful for us. I can’t say enough, how accommodating our hostess was. We told her that we needed a bed for the downstairs because my mom couldn’t climb up the stairs to the second floor to all the bedrooms. She put a bed downstairs for us. We went in the dead of winter, but still got to sit outside on the patio and look at the water. It was lovely. Many played catch football on the back lawn. We would definitely stay there again! We were able to get my aunt in on her wheelchair. The kitchen also had coffee pods in stock for us. The cabinets also had lots of spices already for when we cooked. Great find!
