The condo remodel was very nice. Felt like our toaster and coffee maker were from good will! Not impressed at all! Only 3 teaspoons in drawer!! Patio chair should have been replaced, ripped out on one side when we arrived. Master bed was very comfortable but couch and love seat were less so as well as dining room chairs!! Location was great!

I read the reviews so I wasn’t surprised we walked into an extremely dirty condo. When we found a white powdery substance (don’t think it was drugs but still....) on one of the master bedroom side tables, it just PROVED no cleaning was done because it took a quick blow from the mount to clean it off the table, so clearly they aren’t “100% sanitizing” like they claim. If you’re going to charge an excess of $300 for cleaning, it better be clean! We left it cleaner than the housekeeping would’ve done! The dishwasher smelled like death because I’m sure the previous people had trouble like we did finding out how to start the darn thing but housekeeping should be running a load as well right? The living room and master bedroom looked completely different than the pictures, not a big deal but the last thing you want to see as soon as you walk in, in something that doesn’t even remotely resemble the pictures you viewed to decide “I like this one”. Ocean Villa is our second home but most of the individual owners have sold to investors and ultimately management companies end up running the day to day business aspect of the rentals and it’s abundantly obvious! They clearly don’t listen or care about the customer reviews because just about every single person mentioned the condo not being clean. If you don’t even wipe off a white powdery substance off a nightstand, how am I to be confident you washed the bedding? The master bedroom comforter was so small (looked to be for a full size bed but the master was a king size) that it didn’t even cover the bedsheet. Just looked terrible honestly. Clearly the housekeepers aren’t concerned with making the tenants feel comfortable upon arrival! Neither one of the balcony doors was lockable, I KNOW it was simply a matter of using pliers or some other tool to free up the salted over locking mechanism but again, this is a serious s

We had a wonderful time. The Ocean Villa condos are beautiful but the best part was the balcony & they views. We had minor plumbing problems with the bath tub in the 2nd bedroom & sink in the master bathroom. Maintenance did come & fix the problem. We will definitely stay with Ocean Villas again

Very disappointed in the condo. When we walked in we all immediately smelled a foul odor, stale alcohol. The unit was poorly cleaned. Balcony was disgusting. Beds were very hard and we found a couple roaches. I typically don’t leave reviews but for the amount of money we spent I wasn’t happy.

For the money this place is lacking kitchen items. Patio furniture is in poor shape the fridge has no ice maker so prepare to get ice everyday. Beautiful week on the beach but a very average condo and not a good value.

This condo did not disappoint. From the views, beach, staff, and condo itself, it was beyond expectation. The condo has been updated since the photos and is even nicer in person. The large balcony was enjoyed both morning and night to watch the sunrise and sunset. All week we were able to dine in using all the kitchen amenities. We rarely had to wait for an elevator and parking was easy. The beach was never overly crowded. We watched the sea life every morning as we were eating breakfast. Many things are within walking distance from shopping, snacks, restaurants, and entertainment. The beds were comfortable and the condo was clean when we arrived. We throughly enjoyed our vacation in this location, if in PCB again we would book again.

The condo need some work the smoke detectors were going off when we got there had to take it down to get it to stop, then the second bedroom one started going off called and maintenance came they hit a button and left they started going off again had to take it down to get it to stop. The doors were off the laundry room so it was very loud washing clothes. The dishwasher was full of water the patio door wouldn't open had to get maintenance on those situations. Screen door was propped up on the patio the water and ice doesn't work on fridge. Just really needs some work on this condo

First time using VRBO. Very easy check in with code provided. Condo was as nice as it showed on web site. Great stay at Panama City Beach.

Place was good sized with room. Master bath was not clean at all. Tub was dirty, toilet was dirty, walls in bath stained and dirty. Tub in other bathroom did not drain when in use. Pretty gross. I noticed another tenant has complained about this also and it has apparently gone unaddressed. Lock on master bed balcony door does not work. Also another issue someone else complained about but not fixed. Oven had residue or something in it and when preheating, smoked enough to set off smoke alarms. TV in living area was stuck with a purple hue so everything that should appear white was purple. Water and ice dispenser on fridge not functional: This is ok if there was a means to make ice, but no ice trays were found.

The condo complex was very well maintained and in a great location. It is easy to park your vehicle and walk to Walmart for groceries or walk the beach or sidewalks to a number of restaurants. The condo was well appointed and the large balcony was amazing! The property management company was quite responsive and helpul as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Condo was in a great location. Close to shops, restaurants, and activities. Recommend providing a better stocked kitchen such as hot pads, kitchen towels & rags, hand mixer, trash bags, and Toilet Paper. Balcony was amazing!

Unit needs better upkeep
Overall experience in this unit was not good. The bed was broken and it took two days for someone to come fix it so we had to sleep on a broken bed. We were left with 3 washcloths for a 7 day stay with 5 people as well as the toaster was broken. The sliding doors to the balcony are a safety issue they will not lock. The cleanliness of the unit was also disappointing and the mattresses on both beds were horrible. We were not left any bracelets so we were unable to go to the pool until day 3. When you pay this kind of money to stay somewhere it’s completely ridiculous to not have better pillows, bedding, linens and mattresses for your guest. Will NOT stay here again!!!!

We were lucky enough to get to spend 2 months in this condo. The view is awesome and we watched playful dolphins several times. The balcony is huge(but needs a chaise) and I spent plenty of time out there. The location is perfect. Very walkable but we had a car. There was enough parking and we only had to park in overflow once. We were there Jan and Feb and many of the restaurants are closed. Some do not open until March 1 but most in Feb. The grounds are very well maintained. Everything is clean around the pool, hot tub and sauna. We rarely had to wait for the elevators. I would like to suggest they put a clock in the condo. The only one in the entire condo was on the microwave. Now the thing that really bothered me. The condo was not clean when we arrived. I specifically asked Jonathon to make sure it was and he assured me it was. IT WASENT. My mom and I drove down from MT and ND (2200 miles) and had to clean when we arrived. There was a used mask behind the dresser, bobby pins, m/m candies and matted down carpets into the bedroom entry. I could continue but I think you get the picture. The other issue was it took 1 week for 2 of the 3 tvs to work. I understand Charter is busy and all but other reviews said they weren't working before us. I would definitely stay in Oceanvilla but not this unit due to the lack of cleaning.

Great location and beautiful views
Quick and easy process! Everything was emailed out, code worked, elevators all worked, no waiting, no standing for hours on end! Parking is a little small but parking across the street as well. Centrally located on the strip and on the beach! My family enjoyed our time here! Highly recommend

We had a great time and lover the location and the balcony!!! The bathrooms and floors could of used more of a cleaning. I'm glad I found the vacuum and the toilet brush. But over all it was a nice place. I would recommend and go back
