Una camera ha un letto matrimoniale, l'altra un nuovo letto a castello in una stanza che presenta anche un pianoforte verticale. Il soggiorno, con bellissimi pavimenti in ardesia verde, ha un grande divano componibile e una sedia club raggruppati attorno a una nuova TV widescreen. Un piccolo tavolo da pranzo può essere convertito da 2 a 4 commensali. La cucina ha anche un bar sit-up con due ulteriori sgabelli.

Great location - access to both bay and ocean within 1 block. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable rooms. Great host and good communication.

We were in town for ABYC Labor Day Regatta. Super close to the beach, bay and pacific sides. Well equipped kitchen served well to prepare quick family dinners.

Hosts were great - available but not hovering. Location was amazing, minutes to both the bay and the ocean! Close to shopping, restaurants but far enough away you are out of the noise and traffic. Parking can be tight on weekends, but we were always close enough it wasn’t an inconvenient walk. Everyone we encountered was super friendly. Laundromat is a couple blocks away on 62nd - you can wash and dry in under 45 mins. For the coffee drinking travellers who want to make sure they have the correct supplies, coffee pot is standard drip type and there is also a french press. We will be back.

We had the best time staying in Long Beach. The house is perfect and had everything we needed. Neighbourhood is so quiet and wonderful. Parking was never an issue, though we didn’t leave neighbourhood often. Stone-throw from beach (which is where we spent most of our time). We would love to stay here again!

The place was fantastic. It is 30 yards from the beach on the bay and less than 100 yards from the ocean side beach. The apartment is well equipped with good size bedrooms. Host was easy to communicate with and provided all the information at check in. Place is only 30 min from Disneyland. Would stay there again.

This cute apartment was great for my family of four! The bunk beds in the second bedroom were a great fit for the 9 and 12yr old and the bed in the primary bedroom was comfortable. There was just enough space for us to kick back and relax after a long day of beach fun or exploring the city. The only drawback was there weren’t any ceiling fans. We picked up a small fan for the master to help circulate the air in the bedrooms. There was a cabinet of beach gear that was at our disposal as well with a hose to rinse off before heading up to the apartment. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!

Loved the stay, host was incredibly accommodating and the location is hard to beat. Would love to stay here again and looking for dates in the near future to do just that.

I was a bit worried about parking but it was not an issue. Parking was available on the same block all days - Friday night we parked one block away.

Great space within easy walking distance of beaches and ABYC.
Kitchen was well stocked with crockery, silverware, pots, pans and cooking utensils.
Beds were comfortable.
Parking on the street was easy as not many others were visiting the beaches in March.
Laundry down the street was easy to find and use (bring your own pods).

The rental sits in between the bay and the ocean. Even during the off season, it was nice to walk on the beach. The rental has everything you need and Tim is friendly and attentive. Thank you!

Checkin was east, as was check out. Everything was clean and as advertised. The only issue we had was getting Uber/Lyft service in a timely manner, but that’s no fault of the property or owners in any way!

My mother and I had a pleasant and enjoyable stay at this little home-away-from-home. The place is cute and clean and access to both the beach and the bay are steps away. The owner is friendly, accessible, and helpful. I would totally stay here again. Thanks for everything, Tim!

We really enjoyed our first visit to Long Beach! The condo was perfect and just what we expected. Parking was a little tricky but managed to find something several blocks away. Quiet and peaceful and super close to CSULB. We will definetly return.

Perfect for a beach getaway
The property was exactly as described. 4 houses from the beach, clean, with everything you need. A mile to a lot of restaurants on 2nd street. Host is available and helpful. Will definitely be back.

Wonderful host, super convenient location for us
We had a great time during our stay. Host Tim was wonderful, always around if needed, super welcoming and nice. The apt was stocked with all that we needed, including beach towels, shampoos, etc.

Sweet spot on the peninsula
We stayed here for a couple of days to get away. It was a great place close to the beach and easy drive to other nearby beaches. There was easy access to paddleboarding and bike riding. Vibes coffee was close and is a great place to hang out. Tim was super responsive and helpful with anything you needed. Would definitely recommend staying there and hope to come back again!

We love the proximity to the beach even though it wasn’t beach weather during our Early April stay. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a grocery store too. The unit is well stocked with bath products and towels, etc. as well as the pantry. Having coffee and filters ready is super nice as you may not get to the store right away! We found the “Vibes Beach cafe” on our morning run just a few streets over- what a nice find, great breakfast! We would definitely rent here again if we are in the area ! Thank you.

Hidden gem
This was a great location for our trip. We spent two days at Disneyland but wanted to spend time at the beach. This was easy access to Disneyland (30 minutes) and even easier access to the water and sand (maybe 3 houses away?). Will definitely remember Tim and his property for next time.

There was a lot of noise from children Sunday morning which prompted us to leave for the festival early.
The local cafe provided a great breakfast and good vibes. We went to Second Street for more eating, drinking, and shopping options as well as the Ballast Point Brewery.

Clean apartment, everything was excellent. FYI, there are "quiet time" signs posted on the street for between approx 10 pm and 8 am.

Stayed here for 2 weeks with the family and it was the perfect location. Will definitely stay again in the future!

Cute apartment, great location
Tim and his wife have done a great job decorating and setting up this apartment! It feels clean, comfortable, and there is plenty of space to unpack and settle in. We enjoyed being able to walk to the bay and the beach for daytime play or evening sunset walks. There are plenty of beach supplies to borrow, which is convenient. Parking can be a little tricky in the summertime and on street sweeping days, but we were always able to find a spot within a reasonable distance. It would be great to have a washer and dryer on the property, but there is a nice laundromat a few streets down.
Overall, we loved our stay here and felt very much at home! Thank you, Tim!
