Unità 057 - Summer Wave. Wow! Che bella nuova costruzione a meno di 2 anni sull'isola Dauphin. Questa bellezza del golfo è pronta per te e la tua famiglia. Beach cottage è professionalmente progettato con un tocco di HGTV. Questa casa vanta quattro camere da letto, due bagni e una zona giorno aperta con soffitti a volta e cucina. La planimetria della casa è divisa da porte del fienile al largo della zona giorno con ogni lato che offre due camere da letto e una sala da bagno. Due camere da letto offrono letti king size, uno con una regina e 1 con un set di letti a castello. Offrono tutti televisori a schermo piatto. La camera a castello ha un dvd per i bambini in una giornata piovosa. Il soggiorno ha un televisore a schermo piatto / lettore dvd situato sopra il camino elettrico. Tavolo da pranzo e posti a sedere per bar per tutta la famiglia - e top della linea di elettrodomestici in cucina. L'area esterna vanta una doccia esterna e una terrazza coperta con 4 adirondacks e tavolo e sedie da esterno. Questa casa è a pochi passi dalla costa - perfetta per famiglie e bambini.

This was our family's third visit to DI. We have enjoyed our stay each time, but this house was particularly beautiful! It had all the amenities of home. The beds and bedding were super comfortable! Everything we needed was there! We would love to stay here again!

Me and 3 friends stayed here for our annual Beach Friendsgiving trip and were so pleased with the property. The house is decorated perfectly, the views are amazing, the kitchen had everything we needed to make our full Thanksgiving dinner, and the convenience of the beach to the house was heaven to us. We usually change up locations each year for our trip but we have decided this will be our go to location for years to come if it is available.

What an amazing week. The property was perfect for relaxing. The house was super clean and had everything you could ask for. Our kids have asked for this to be our go-to place for beach vacations! Thanks for sharing your wonderful house!

We had a wonderful time at Dauphin Island and this house was perfect for our stay. The location was perfect, we could walk downstairs and be at the beach whenever we wanted. Our kids had a great time and we will certainly be back! Thanks!

This house is beautiful and the layout is excellent! Love the barn doors that separates off both of the sleeping areas of the house with the main kitchen and living area. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked. Being right on the gulf front was beautiful and fun. On two separate days we were lucky enough to see dolphins swimming by the house. So fun! Can’t wait to come back!

It was promptly fixed the next day. I would note that previous reviews said the ice maker was not working and it was still not working during our stay. It was reported to the property management team. Overall it was a great stay and the house had everything we needed. We are already making plans to rent it again.

The house sits on the sand, no driveway under the house, no steps from the beach to the back deck as pictured. The outdoor shower is not useable since the steps are missing and the sand has eroded around it. Getting to the steps that take you to the front door is ankle deep. The ice maker was broken- we had to buy ice. The lamps next to the beds are missing knobs so very difficult to turn on. The bed sheets are like sand paper. We ended up leaving 3 days early after digging and pushing my sons car out of the sand. The wind and the tide brought water under the house in some places as high as 2 feet. The inside of the house is beautiful but paying what we did for this house is a disgrace.

The house & location were great but the furnishings were lacking. The deck furniture was cheap and broken & the staircase (oceanside) was gone. The ice maker was not working. There weren't any clocks in the bedrooms.

A good place for R&R
The property itself was lovely. Very clean. Check in was easy. The place is well decorated and maintained. Kitchen is well stocked. There wasn't much noise around us. Check out was easy. After Check out we did get a message about a possible stain that was on the couch. However, she was very polite about it and was only asking so she could clean it properly. We were unsure about it.
My absolute only complaint. This was our first time to the island. Description was that the water is blue and clear. That's not what we got there. The waves were rough during our stay there the last week of April. Maybe that contributed to it. So if your picky about the type of water you swim in, you will most likely be displeased with that part. If you can get past that, it's beautiful. Quite. Great place to just kick back, relax and enjoy the beach. Go to the grocery store ahead of time. There isn't much there. Just a few local small places to eat. Which were also nice.

Great Home, Terrific Location, Lousy WiFi
We were thrilled when we arrived at this home. The location is amazing; the house is beautiful, and the property is very well-stocked. We only had a couple of complaints. The wifi was unreliable to the point of being nearly unusable. In fairness, they do warn you in the listing that weather can create issues with internet service; however, while we were there, the problems didn't seem weather related. For lots of folks, wifi is a nice add-on, but this was a partial work trip for me, so the lack of reliable internet was a problem. Also, the property needs a little more attention to cleaning, given the humid Gulf Coast weather. For example, the kitchen had a utensil caddy that was coated in black mold. Also, the wooden knife storage block was apparently so saturated with moisture that, when we pulled out knives, they were wet. We finally took them out and just laid them on the counter. The wifi, in particular, was a problem for me, but we still had a great time. The location can't be beat, and the overall vibe of the property was excellent.

Absolutely Amazing
This place is truly luxurious. The place is for well decorated and clean. It’s beachfront position allows you to drink coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise, sunset, or the kids playing in the ocean. We will be visiting again. We had minor check-in miscommunication with the property manager, which was resolved after I called them. I HIGHLY recommend this property and this beautiful part of the country.

Perfect CHRISTmas vaca
This Dauphin Island property is perfect; location, design, furnishings, everything! We enjoyed our CHRISTmas getaway so very much. Everyone in our family was comfortable and very happy to be on the Island in this house. We will be back to stay here again.

Beautiful Family Home on the Beach
The location of this home can not be beat! Backyard places you right in the beach with views of gorgeous sunsets. Space for everyone in the family, we traveled with grandparents, parents, and kids, and everyone was happy here. The layout allows for privacy and the home was well stocked with kitchen essentials. Property management was very responsive to the few hiccups we had and we were taken care of promptly. We definitely plan on returning to this home again!

Beautiful home and view
This home is beautiful and the view is awesome. Being so far down on the west side of the island can be a little tricky when it rains or during high tide. We were able to get out ok but if the rain kept up it might have been a little tricky. We did get a text one night that high tide was coming and we may have to move our vehicle out to the road or bike path. We stayed up late watching and we were ok. The owners of this house did a beautiful job of decorating, unfortunately their cleaning person doesn't do the best job of keeping it clean. The cloth headboard in one of the bedrooms was filthy and the bathroom mirrors were very streaky. Also the blinds were a bit gummy and the sheets on our bed did not smell clean. So we changed the sheets and cleaned the mirrors and had a great time anyway. The views of the sunrises and sunsets can not be beat. Even though there are houses around you, you feel like you have the beach to yourself. The house is stocked pretty well with what you need, could use some glass wine glasses though instead of plastic ones. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would consider renting this place again.

Poor Communication
We had to deal with a rental company who made zero contact. The house was really nice and right on the beach. We didn’t have to leave the island which was nice but a tropical storm forced us to leave early.

Gorgeous well kept property almost in the ocean!!
Really a pleasure to stay in this gorgeous home! The home well very clean, beautiful, beach and well stocked for cooking. Fabulous location right on the sand, almost in the ocean! Couldn’t have been better. Dauphin is truly a hidden Gem. The ladies at the rental office were super sweet and we loved being on the island as everyone was lovely. Tons to do and wonderful wild life including pelicans, dolphins, herons and even a fox!! Stunning sunsets! Can’t wait to come back again!!

Fantastic house right on the beach
We absolutely loved staying here. An unbeatable price for a nice house right on the beach. It had everything we might need. Literally the only complaint I would have is the wifi was sometimes spotty. Restarting the router would sometimes fix it, but we were there for the beach so it really didn’t matter for us. Would love to come back!
