Situato in Narragansett Beach, questo delizioso casa a 552 € per notte è un eccellente opzione per il tuo prossimopausa. Godetevi tutto ciò che Narragansett ha da offrire nella nostra spaziosa e moderna casa sulla spiaggia, situata all'estremità nord del quartiere di Eastward Look. Le spiagge sono vicine, con la spiaggia di Black Point of Scarborough a pochi passi e le scelte di Roger M Wheeler, Salty Brine o Narragansett Town Beach a pochi minuti di auto.
La casa è molto ben strutturata per 12 ospiti per poter stare insieme ..... o avere i propri spazi. La nostra casa a due livelli offre due salotti al primo livello (uno con un tavolo da biliardo), sei camere da letto (4 al piano di sopra e 2 in basso) e due bagni. I servizi includono una completa aria centrale (nuova nel 2019), cucina completamente attrezzata, un ampio cortile molto privato con giardino maturo e terrazza con set da pranzo, patio, nuovissima griglia nel 2018, doccia esterna, lavatrice e asciugatrice, TV a schermo piatto, cavo e Wifi. C'è anche un parco giochi / parco a 5 minuti a piedi.

La casa è stata completamente ristrutturata per la stagione estiva 2018. Biancheria da letto e cuscini sono tutti nuovi di zecca per il 2018. Gas Grill è anche nuovo di zecca. Anche i mobili sono stati aggiornati nelle camere da letto e molte camere sono state dipinte di fresco. Si prega di vedere anche le nostre altre proprietà, # 704876 (3 Camere da letto in Narragansett sul laghetto salino) e # 811070 (6 Camere da letto in Eastward Look) per le recensioni degli affittuari, l'arredamento e il tasso di accettazione. Nessuno di questi elementi apparirà su vrbo per questa proprietà mentre attraversiamo una società di gestione immobiliare.

Nice big house that suited our needs.

Daniel and Nicole were great hosts and were always available with any questions we had. They have a beautiful spacious home conveniently located half a mile from the beach. We were a family of 12 and the home had more than enough room to accommodate. The neighborhood itself was quite and perfect for walks either to the beach or local park around the corner. We can’t wait to visit next year!

The property was a good fit as we needed 6 separate adult bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own a/c. There is plenty of room in the backyard and the front yard for yard games and plenty of room in the house to spread out on the rainy days. Using the kitchen required a bit of planning with 12 adults since the space was a bit small but as family, cooperation was easy. Hosts are very responsive to questions.

My family had a great stay at this beach home. The home was clean and spacious. 6 bedrooms was definitely a plus as we had children ages 3-15 with us. The older kiddos loved the pool table. The 2 living spaces were so nice to have. Games were played while some watched television in the other room. We loved the large deck as well. I packed a pop up tent and it fit amazing on the deck. Overall our stay was pretty amazing!

We stayed here with two other families. It was a great place to stay as there were 6 bedrooms. Location was ideal to get to the beach. The yard size and space was great. It was not as clean as we would have hoped, but the owners were notified of this after our stay. We will likely rent this property again with the hope that it will be cleaned better in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay! The backyard was very private and great for kids. The playground is only a short walk away and we went most evenings after dinner with kids. We also liked having 2 separate living rooms and the pool table for the evenings when little kids were in bed. The beach chairs and carts were very helpful and we used them every day. It was a humid week, so we also took advantage of the AC on the hot days. Overall, a great space and we'd love to go back.

We had a great week! The proximity to the beach has excellent and gave us the option to walk, ride, or drive. The property was exactly as described. There was plenty of room to spread out and we especially enjoyed the pool table. The a/c kept us all cool and comfortable. It was well equipped for all of the cooking we did during our stay. However, an extra refrigerator would have been very helpful for our group. While very comfortable, the house is in need of updating.

The house was really nice, comfortable and clean and in a great location! We appreciated the close proximity to the beach!! The kitchen had all the dishes we needed, the living spaces and bedrooms were comfortable, and the kids loved the pool table!!

Great home to rent for a large group. Played pool every night we were there. Nice big bedrooms and two bathrooms made it convenient for everyone. Would definitely rent again!

We love staying in this area. It's easy to walk to the beach everyday, and it's great for biking. This is a nice quiet neighborhood with a playground and tennis courts only a block away. The house fit our 3 family's nicely. We loved the back deck most though. The backyard was nice and private. The owners were very quick at answering our questions we had.

We had a nice time staying here for a week with family. Having 6 bedrooms made it a great house for a large family. Many kitchen amenities made cooking in easy. Interior of home was very clean and air conditioning throughout house worked great. Landscaping was overgrown as compared with photos and exterior of home had broken glass scattered throughout yard. Hosts were very responsive to concerns. Overall would rent again.

We really enjoyed the quiet and friendly neighborhood. And it was a great walk to the beach! There was plenty of room for our group to spread out indoors and we used the outdoor space every day.

Our family had a great experience at this property! It’s a great location and the neighborhood itself is lovely. The back yard and deck are amazing. Our family spent a lot of time out there.
The kitchen has some quirks, but it is functional.

We needed a place to stay while we were in town for a wedding. This house was spacious, clean, and close to everything. The beds were also very comfortable. We weren't in the house very much but it was perfect for what we were looking for. Oh and the nearby beach was perfect for the kids!

Had a wonderful time on the beautiful porch and exploring the very walkable beach! Lots of restaurants within an easy drive. Plenty of room for all guests!

I rented this property with friends and we had a great stay! We have four kids under four so it helped that we could easily walk to the beach and not have to drive. It's proximity to the park and restaurants was also very convenient. Just wish there was a tv in the pool room!

The house was just as listed! More Room then we expected. We were 2 families with children ranging in age from 19 to 5. Best part were the beach chairs and umbrella. The backyard and grill were awesome! We had a great time and would stay here again!
