Questa super casa con quattro camere da letto situata a pochi passi dalla spiaggia nella zona di Ocean Park Loop della Northern DeBordieu Colony è perfetta per tutta la famiglia. Questa comunità privata gated è circondato da una riserva naturale e situato su alcune delle più belle spiagge della costa amaca. Questa casa dispone di un al piano di sotto E al piano superiore Master Suite con letto king size, zona salotto e bagni privati. La terza camera da letto al piano superiore dispone di un set di letti a castello e due letti singoli e la quarta camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale. Queste due camere condividono un bagno in corridoio. Al piano inferiore c'è un mezzo bagno, cucina completa e confortevole zona soggiorno e zona pranzo. Cucina completamente attrezzata con ripiani in granito e ampia zona giorno. I servizi aggiuntivi includono: biciclette, grill a gas full size, sedie a sdraio, giocattoli di sabbia, doccia esterna calda / fredda, ampia libreria di DVD, computer e stampante, pack n play, seggiolone, cancelletto e molto altro! Questa casa ha anche un abbonamento al club che include l'accesso a ristoranti, tennis, centro fitness, campo da beach volley, piscine multiple, parco giochi, campo da basket, bar tiki fronte mare e campo da golf con tasse applicabili.

I really enjoyed staying in this really cute cottage. It’s thoughtfully ready for renters. The kitchen is really well designed and each of the bedrooms have great furniture and modern bathrooms. You can’t beat the location. It’s fabulous. The only downside is the couch and the chair have a very heavy smell of pets and the back enclosed porch smells very strongly. I took blankets and covered the couch during my stay. But everything else seemed to be new and fresh smelling throughout the rest of the house. It’s also nice that you get the equipment credit. We used ours for bikes and beach chairs.

It wasn't clear in the listing that you had to go to a separate location to get the key. They should install a keypad like everyone else. Also, they said they had a hottub on the property. No they didn't. The proximity to the beach was excellent.

Lovely home in a great location. Steps away from the ocean, right around the corner from the Beach Club. The home was beautiful , spotless and perfectly appointed, especially the kitchen. Nice layout, open enough for gathering but still had areas where you could escape to read or recharge. The only suggestion I have for the owners is that they provide full-length mirrors. We were there for a wedding and that would have been nice to have. When we visit Debordieu again we will definitely ask for Island House. Tidelife Rentals is great to work with, very easy check in process. Take advantage of the bike and local golf cart rentals. A wonderful week .

This was our 4th year renting Island House. We have two Bulldogs and two kids—Island house is just right in a beautiful spot in Debordieu. I would say that over the 4 stays, more items have needed refreshing and repaired. Maybe just going over it at the end of the season and assessing. Landscaping is beautiful and house is very comfortable. I absolutely recommend it.
