This property was as expected. Kitchen and bathrooms were very clean and updated. Furniture and carpet needs updating for sure. Beds so/so. Hot tub only big enough for two adults and not very private due to proximity to other units and walking trail only a few feet away. This unit is actually down an alley behind retail and restaurants which made it easily walkable for dining options. However there are large dumpsters right behind it that were emptied at 5am that woke everyone up every morning. That should be addressed. Overall I would give the property a good rating.

We come to PC very often because our son competes at the Utah Olympic Park. The location was easy and quick to the UOP. You can walk to all the shops. They condo was clean and spacous. Only thing I would ding them on is parking. They have one garage spot and only one permit parking spot. The way they describe parking in the listing makes it sound like the "overflow parking" can be for more than just 1 car. We had 3 cars so we had to find a parking space elsewhere, which we did, but it was sorta a pain. Other than that, it is a great place.
2 families traveling with 2 teens and it was very comfortable.
Owners were in communication with us in a timely manner.

We stayed for a long weekend of snowboarding. The condo was clean and comfortable. There are some good restaurants in the Kimball Junction area. Would stay again.

Longer Rental During Ski Season
We enjoyed the property and would definitely stay there again! Some general pros and cons.
PROS: Nice layout of condo, well-equipped kitchen (much better than most rentals in terms of tools, etc.), master has a great view of preserve in the back and is comfortable, good wifi, nice fireplace, great hot tub setup, close to skiing, walking distance to bars/restaurants/groceries/shops/bus. Owners are very responsive.
CONS: Busy area if you want quiet, guest bedroom is cold and hard to heat (space heaters were provided but it’s still cold).

We had a wonderful time in Park City and staying at this property. The property is well maintained and centrally located. We enjoyed many of the local restaurants within walking distance. We also skiied at Canyons and Park City. Both were a short drive to the lifts.

Great townhome for a family ski vacation. More than enough room for a family of four. We love staying in Kimball Junction because it is walking distance to restaurants, grocery and the liquor store. Property is stocked with everything you need, especially the kitchen. We loved the picturesque view of the mountains from the master and the family room. Location was private and you could not hear the neighbors. We recommend for any winter or summer trip!

You really can’t find a better location than Newpark. There are restaurants, shops and markets all walking distance from the house. The view is incredible, watching the sunrise over the preserve is one of my favorite memories.
The unit itself is starting to show some wear, there are some stains on the carpet, evidence of lots of feet up on the coffee table the couch has seen better days and so has the mattress in the master bedroom.
Be aware that the second upstairs bedroom with the 2 twin beds is extremely cold, cold enough to need a space heater (provided, so they know it’s cold)!and extra blankets in October. Also be careful not to rent too big a car, the garage is tight and has several bikes hanging in it so it was a squeeze to get a Tahoe in there and open the doors.
The first day we were there I found some dirty coffee cups in the cabinet, I put them back in the dishwasher, ran it and then discovered that it was the dishwasher that wasn’t working. I emailed the owner and he responded quickly.
All things considered for the location and the price, it’s definitely worth the trip!

Great time and location
Clean and well supplied. Extra blankets. Owner responsive. Only issue with inconsistent hot tub. Had to reset but in fairness we doidnt contact owner about it. Figured it out after a couple days. Would definitely stay again.

Great location very clean property
Would recommend this property to anyone. Great location in the back of New Park Park City, UT. Incredible views. Has all the amenities one would need. Walking distance to anything you could need and just a short drive from the famous Main Street in Park City.

Wonderful place to stay in Park City
We stayed at this town-home for 5 weeks this Summer. We were very comfortable there and it quickly felt like we were at home. The town-home was very well appointed with came with all conveniences which could be needed . Everything worked as it should and Dennis, the owner, was very responsive if we had any questions. The glass walls on both the first and second floors, each opened onto a deck which overlooked a walking/biking path, and the Swaner Nature Preserve. The walking/biking path connected with the extensive Park City trail system. The town-home is in the Newpark section of Park City and there are many restaurants and stores within walking distance. Free weekly concerts were held in the neighborhood. We totally recommend staying at this property.

Convenient Location
My husband and our four sons (14, 12, 8 and 6) stayed here for a few days over Spring Break and had a great time. The rental is in a great location so it's convenient access to lots of different things. We could walk to eating spots, which makes things very simple after a long day on the slopes. Our boys also had fun playing in the small back yard and walking around the property!

Great townhouse
Everything was clean and Dennis was in the top percent of the 27 VRBO rentals I've done over the last 20 years. He responded within a few minutes to a minor problem we had working the TV and made us feel like he took a personal interest in making our visit excellent. The property is as described and has been taken care of. Hot tub for two was nice after skiing. Everything you need is within walking distance except for groceries but Smiths was a two minute drive and Walmart 3.5 minute drive. Park City Ski Park is 15 minutes away (get there by 8:30am on weekends to find parking or take the free bus). Good Mexican food at Loco Lizard a 7 minute walk.

The place was perfect. Great location and lots to do. We were there almost two months and enjoyed every day. The place was clean. It had some new appliances including a BBQ. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary appliances. The dishes, cooking pans, silverware was the best we have ever had--top quality.

Softball family
This was our first time using VRBO and I must say it was delightful! The ease of communication with Dennis from the beginning of the trip and throughout was considerably helpful. A few hiccups with wasps and the reverse osmosis system were addressed immediately, however the water system didn't work well. The comfort of the condo was second to none. No complaints from myself, wife, 15yr old and 12 yr old daughters, as well as 2 year old son. Kitchen had all cookware and utensils needed to enjoy any meal anytime. BBQ on deck was stocked with gas, however, I needed a bit more for a third time to BBQ, and ran out. Let the owner know of you're planning on BBQing, I'm sure he'd have the tank filled. Always hot water for showers, and a nice hot tub that my family enjoyed. All together, I will seek this place out again if I choose to visit Park City in the future. The Newpark center has everything you need to wander, eat, bowl, catch a movie, do some shopping, or listen to some concerts at the amphitheater when they have them. Additionally, an all you can eat french toast deal is offered at Kneaders within the center. Don't think twice about this place, book it and enjoy with peace of mind! Thank you Dennis!

Great Location, Clean and Perfect!
The townhouse was perfect for our group of 6 while on ski vacation in Park City. The condo location was great, right next to several grocery stores and a bolling alley, and minutes drive from the slopes. The place was very clean, the kitchen has everything you would need and more! We enjoyed the fireplace, hot tub and the grill. And especially the view of the sunrise over the mountains! Would definitly be back.

Fantastic place and location
We had a fantastic time! Great property in a great location. The unit was just as described with everything you need to stay in and walking distance. Being right next the pathway is great especially if you have kids. This condo provided perfect accommodation for our family of three adults and 2 children to enjoy the Park City area. Our family had a great time during our 3½-week stay.
The condo was very clean and comfortable and the fireplace was definitely a plus. The kitchen was 100% equipped, the decor is great and everything was spotless and well-maintained. The private hot tub on our deck was clean and so nice to relax in with a magnificent view of the mountains.
The owner was trustworthy and helpful.
I highly recommend this property and we probably will come back next year!

Great stay!!!
We had a fantastic time! Great property in a great location. The only negatives were that upstairs tv was not working nor did the upstairs heat, we didn't see the space heater till the last day. Otherwise great place and we will return😃

Perfect Ski Condo
This condo provided perfect accommodations for our family of five adults to enjoy a winter vacation in the Park City area. The location worked well for skiers and nonskiers alike with easy proximity to the slopes, multi-use area trails, shopping, restaurants, etc. The condo itself was well-equipped, very clean, and comfortable with lovely views of the adjoining nature preserve. Dennis was extremely responsive to all communications and queries. We look forward to another visit.
