Casa Nibbana è una classica villa coloniale spagnola situata su 2/3 di un acro di terreno tropicale all'interno della comunità residenziale di Reserva de Golf presso l'Hacienda Pinilla Resort a Guanacaste.
Hacienda Pinilla ha un ingresso privato e presidiato ed è un ranch 4500 che si trova su oltre 3 miglia di spiaggia incontaminata, foresta e giungla nel Guanacaste nord-occidentale. Hacienda Pinilla è una gated community composta da aree residenziali, un hotel JW Marriott, l'Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club and Spa privato, un centro ippico, un campo da golf a 18 buche e acri e acri di splendido spazio verde naturale. Casa Nibbana si trova a 3-6 minuti in auto da tutti i servizi Hacienda PInilla come il Beach Club, le molteplici spiagge per il nuoto / il surf, il campo da golf e il JW Marriott. Tutto su strade private e tutti con parcheggio per gli ospiti all'interno del bellissimo sviluppo.
Casa Nibbana è una casa a un piano con la classica architettura spagnola con tutti i comfort moderni. Vanta una grande sala di grandi dimensioni con un alto soffitto con travi in legno a vista, pavimenti in terracotta colombiana e una cucina gourmet completamente attrezzata. Arte e oggetti d'antiquariato belli e raffinati si trovano in tutta la casa.
La master suite ha il proprio bagno con due lavandini, una cabina armadio e un letto a baldacchino king-size. Ognuna delle 2 camere da letto aggiuntive ha un bagno privato e un armadio. Una offre un letto king-size a baldacchino e l'altra ha 2 letti queen-size. Tutti i bagni sono splendidamente decorati con piastrelle fatte a mano locali Talavera.
La casa ha una grande terrazza coperta che crea un meraviglioso rifugio per un caffè mattutino o un aperitivo. Ha un tavolo a grandezza naturale per pranzare, due aree salotto che si affacciano sull'oasi nel cortile dove potrai sentire l'oceano sullo sfondo e scimmie urlatrici, vedere molti uccelli e splendide farfalle. Dalla terrazza si accede a una grande piscina privata di acqua salata e alla pergola con griglia a gas, tavolo e sedie.
L'Hacienda Pinilla ospita un centro ippico all'avanguardia, un campo da golf Mike Young a 18 buche, campi da tennis, un centro fitness coperto con attrezzature all'avanguardia. Aspettati di vedere scimmie, iguane e molti uccelli colorati lungo la pista ciclabile e pedonale.
Casa Nibbana non viene solo con tutti gli articoli da cucina che potresti trovare nella tua casa, ma anche lenzuola, asciugamani da spiaggia, boogie board, sedie da portare in mare quando vai con refrigeratori e giocattoli per i più piccoli.

Casa Nibbana was a lovely property, however there were several unexpected details that we discovered upon arrival. This may be a VRBO problem more than a problem with this particular property, but when reviewing the listing, underneath the first heading "Popular Amenities" it shows a few false listings when the link opens up and reads "Property Amenities" (Hot Tub, Air Conditioning, Bicycles, Boogie Boards & 3 min walk to golf course). At the very bottom of the property listing, under "Amenities" it also shows a glimpse of the amenities including "hot tub and air conditioning" and then if you click "see all 94 amenities" a new page opens up that is actually the correct listing for the property. Because we read the first list and only the preview of the "all 94 amenities list" we missed some crucial elements that did impact our stay. 1. Thinking we would have bikes available, we opted not to rent a car or golf cart. Once we arrived it was too late to get a golf cart rental (which would have been a HUGE asset to have when getting to the beaches within the property). 2.Boogie boards on property were broken and unusable. Georgina did replace them, but by the time we received them we had already had to pay to rent them at the beach club for two days. There are 4 now and they're in great shape!3. This property is beautiful and the Hacienda Pinilla complex is gorgeous. We loved the house and it's grounds. There are a few details that could make it outstanding, like a new grill, stove-top, and cookware. Otherwise it was fantastic and we would definitely recommend it.Georgia was responsive to our needs.

Our family stayed at this house from 12/25 to 1/1. The house is pretty much as described, but when you get there, is very dark. Dark wood, paint colors and overgrown vegetation around the house are a lot. Wifi was out for the first day and cell service in the area is poor. The pool is nice and the chairs around it are comfortable. There is a family of Howler monkeys that live in the neighboring trees, which was fun. The beach club that guests can use is nice also. About a 5 minute drive from the house it is easy to get to. Plenty of chairs around the property and good beach access. The food at the two restaurants is decent. Overall, we would say good, not great.

House met our families requirements, but needed some maintenance and better cleaning. Pool was great and Beach Club access was very nice. There were exposed electrical outlets and a light the was hanging from the ceiling. There were racoons that appeared to be living in the roof and had made a hole in the side of the house. This is the second VRBO property we have stayed that need some TLC. We will not use VRBO again.
