Padaro Sands è una bella casa sulla spiaggia situata sulla sabbia sulla Padaro Lane. Il 2 camere da letto 3 bagno di casa recintato offre grande oceano, costiero, e vista sulle montagne. Ha un ponte meraviglioso per intrattenere, grigliate, e guardare i tramonti e delfini di passaggio! La camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale, costruito in armadi, televisore a schermo piatto, una stazione di lavoro che si affaccia sull'oceano e bagno en-suite. La camera degli ospiti ha un nuovo materasso matrimoniale, televisore a schermo piatto e bagno con vasca idromassaggio e doccia. La cucina gourmet ha tutti gli elettrodomestici Viking e Bosch, ripiani in granito, e lucernario per aggiungere un sacco di luce naturale. E 'completamente attrezzata per semplici pasti in famiglia. Il soggiorno e sala da pranzo sono ben progettati per godere di un sacco di spazio per rilassarsi e mangiare, offrendo vedute mozzafiato sull'Oceano Pacifico. Our stay was lovely. Right on the beach with a beach overlooking hot tub... just dreamy. The host, Spencer, was very responsive to questions and very kind. The property is very close to the train tracks, and near a road crossing so you can hear a loud train horn when the train approaches, esp in the back bedroom. It was a bit hard to sleep on the first night (a Saturday), but we noticed it less and less each night. Not sure if we got use to it or if there were just less trains the other nights.

Five Star location! On the sand, unobstructed views of the water and awesome sunsets!Home is clean, bedding was fresh and beds comfortable. Nice location away from the hustle and bussel in Santa Barbara, yet with close proximity to Santa Barbara as well as quaint, downtown Carpinteria. Definitely would stay here again!

I could say a lot about this property and about my stay, but will be brief. The bed linens and pillows are in dire need of updating and upgrading. I took everything off and was grateful that I brought my own. The sofa needs to be replaced as it is very uncomfortable unless you take off all cushions. Bring sleeping masks as both bedrooms are very bright in the morning. Kitchen is nice. View is lovely, of course. Funky house overall that needs work… please be aware that the public will be right out your front deck all day long. Lots of kids, dogs, umbrellas… but very quiet at night. Jacuzzi is nice.
