Due nuove sedie elevabili consentono a tutti i membri della famiglia di raggiungere il livello principale. Vista sulla catena montuosa Gore, sulla foresta e sul fiume. Blue River Chalet was the perfect rental for our three families over the holidays. There was plenty of space for everyone and we loved coming home from skiing and cooking family dinners. The rental had everything we needed and was in great condition. The kids loved the bunk room by the garage as their hang out! We skied 7 days at Keystone and the chalet was an easy drive to the slopes!

We have stayed in the Silverthorne area for years now for our annual ski trip. And this property, hands down, has been our favorite! Not only is the place spacious and clean, but the location is AMAZING. You are close to everything and it is super easy to get to. We will definitely be trying to stay here again next year!

Overall stay was nice, just had a few improvements that can be made to raise quality of stay.
1. Ensure all lights work. The downstairs back patio light would not come on. This is where the hot tub was so it was inconvenient, I raised this issue to property manager but nothing was done.
2. Filthy carpet. Replace stairs and downstairs bedroom with the queen.
3. Fix curtains in downstairs bedrooms. Neither worked right and could only raise half way up.
4. Ensure plumbing is turned on for all faucets. I had to turn the hot water on in the downstairs bc the valve was closed.
5. Sharpen knives. All cutting knives were very dull.
6. Add pictures to make the property more inviting. The walls were white with almost no pictures or decorations.
The property had a nice garage and sleds for use for vacationers which was great. Also plenty of room for a family with 9 people and had all the cooking and utensils you would need for a Holiday dinner. Really enjoyed the games provided as well.

While our overall impression of Blue River Chalet was positive, there were some odd inconsistencies that detracted from the experience. There were no washcloths to be found among the supplied linens when we arrived. Kitchen dishtowels were minimally supplied. We scheduled a mid-stay cleaning (which with a 3-week stay was included in our fee). The cleaners failed to appear on the appointed day, but re-scheduled for the following day. After they were there (cleaning was done well) we discovered we now had an oversupply of wash cloths, but zero dishtowels!
We also purchased a fan to help muffle the road noise from Highway 9, which was particularly noticeable in the upstairs master bedroom.
On the positive side, the home had plenty of room, we enjoyed the hot tub, the sound of the Blue River, access to the recpath, and proximity to the Library and Rainbow Park. Some owls had babies while we were there, and getting to see the adults upclose was a real treat, especially for our grandchildren.
We also purchased a fan to help muffle the road noise from Highway 9, which was particularly noticeable in the upstairs master bedroom.

This was our second time staying at this wonderful condo on the Blue River, far enough away from town that you feel somewhat away from things, yet close to great restaurants and stores in Silverthorne and Dillon, as well as plentiful hiking trails. Check in and check out is a bit of a pain, as you have to go physically get the keys from an office in downtown Dillon, and then physically return them at check out. But it's worth it; the condo is roomy and comfortable, and the setting can't be beat. Highly recommended!

This was our second time staying at this wonderful condo on the Blue River, far enough away from town that you feel somewhat away from things, yet close to great restaurants and stores in Silverthorne and Dillon, as well as plentiful hiking trails. Check in and check out is a bit of a pain, as you have to go physically get the keys from an office in downtown Dillon, and then physically return them at check out. But it's worth it; the condo is roomy and comfortable, and the setting can't be beat. Highly recommended!

Family Getaway
Property was excellent for my family. The location of the property with the walkway and the Blue River running behind the property was fabulous. My two daughters and families got many excellent pictures with the mountain scenery. The unit was as it appeared on the website. The bedrooms were all nice sized and handled my family of 9 adults and 2 small children. The kitchen was WELL stocked and we loved the pots and pans we had to cook with. Loved the heated garage and the room that we had to dry out our ski and snowboard equipment each night. The sleds were also nice, my grandkids got to take a couple of rides on the walking path. Overall we had a great time the weather was great the skiing/snowboarding was great and the property met all of our needs. Only negative comment would be to replace all of the burned out light bulbs...
