Questo ben arredato e completamente ristrutturato nel 2014, 4 camere da letto, 4 bagni casa è a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e l'oceano Atlantico. Salotto vicino al grande solarium riscaldato * piscina privata o il percorso spiaggia è situato proprio fuori dalla porta! Questa casa di un livello non gode di scale. Inserisci la porta d'ingresso e zona soggiorno per la vista della splendida piscina, patio posteriore e grill. C'è un luminoso soggiorno / sala da pranzo e cucina completamente rinnovata. Il soggiorno dispone di mobili nuovi e TV a schermo piatto da 50 pollici. La camera da letto principale è arredata con un letto matrimoniale, una TV a schermo piatto da 42 pollici, un bagno privato con doccia e vasca idromassaggio e un ingresso privato alla piscina e alla zona lanai. La seconda camera ha anche un letto matrimoniale, TV a schermo piatto da 40 pollici e bagno privato con cabina doccia e porte scorrevoli per piscina / patio. La terza camera ha due letti singoli e bagno privato con cabina doccia. La camera da letto a castello dispone di due set di letti a castello, TV a schermo piatto da 40 pollici e bagno privato. Location, Location, Location!!! The close proximity to the beach is great! We love the one level, and the bright open feel of the home. The Heated pool is great! I sure hope the next guest have kids. sadly my grandchildren weren't able to join us this year, so we left several pool toys, and floats. Our vacation didn't turn out as planned, but the house did not disappoint! We really love the updated appliances and the ice maker is a nice extra! On a side note, I feel that the cleaning Co needs to pay closer attention to detail. I noticed cobwebs on lights and pictures, the walls need to be wiped down occasionally too. ***To the Home Owner.... Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home. We tried our best to respect and treat it as if it were our own home!!!

This home is quant, comfy yet spacious. The area is rather quiet. Love the quick access to the beach. The secluded pool was a great option when not at the beach.
Having a bathroom for each bedroom & multiple doors to the pool area was very nice. The kitchen could be tight at times & could benefit from additional pots/pans. The internet was a bit slow for our children’s elearning.
Would recommend for 1-2 families.

Special thank you to the owner of Ketch 2 for letting us bring our dog to their home! We love that home and would rent it all the time if it was pet friendly. I truly appreciate their kindness with making the exception! Thanks again and we love Hilton Head!!!!

We were a family of 5,2 adults and 3 children and this was our first time in Hilton Head. We typically always go to Siesta Key. We were so pleasantly surprised! We typically do not love the Atlantic Ocean but the beach here was perfect especially with smaller children! This home was in a beautiful family friendly location and was perfect inside. All bedrooms have their own bath access. The house is beautifully decorated. I loved how open it was. The sitting area I originally did not see us using but we used it every day to drink coffee and play scrabble which was provided. The window seat was by far my favorite spot! There is a path to the beach access right by the pool and I honestly had no idea from the description so it was a pleasant surprise. I took maybe 3 min to get to the beach. The pool is huge! There were some older beach chairs left and some beach toys and a raft for the pool plus a very nice large insulated cooler.Everything was so clean as well!The only thing I thought was missing was more games.
