Had our annual PC ski trip. Been renting homes for > 8 years. My wife and I, our oldest son, his wife with 3 grandchildren (5,3 and 1) and our adult daughter.
This was the best house yet! Space for all, beautifully designed in an ideal location. The kids loved the bunk room.
Jen was a fabulous and gracious host who went over and above to ensure our visit was a success.
A great value, well worth the money!

Fantastic host, kitchen fully equipped, amazing skiing. Couldn’t have asked for more! We will stay here again if we ever needed a place in park city. One of the best VRBOs we have ever rented. Thank you!

I’ve stayed at around 10 different properties during ski season at Park City and this one was one of the best. It has an actual mudroom. It has hooks on the bathroom walls for towels. Seems like common sense, but is actually incredibly rare. Jen‘s kitchen and bar are fully stocked with everything you may need. Plus puzzles and games to enjoy, and baskets of cozy blankets. It’s a very short walk to the PC base. We had the loveliest week here and I hope to stay again.

My family had an extended stay at this wonderful home. We were there for almost 4 weeks and it really felt like "home". Jennifer is an awesome host and answers any question quickly and informatively. My family and I have stayed at many VRBO homes. In all our experiences, this was the very best, not just in how nice the house is but how well stocked it is. Every item you will need to cook, recreate, and enjoy is provided. There are nice touches like the use of bikes, a full garage to park in, high quality bedding and bath towels to name a few. There are also little touches like coffee and coffee filters provided so you have coffe the morning after you arrive.
I would/will stay there again. I tried to book already for this winter but sadly it was already taken.

There were 7 adults and 5 children and the house provided amble space for all us. It’s a short walk to Park City resort area. The house had everything we needed. The amenities were outstanding. It’s a great property that we would recommend to anyone looking for proximity to the slopes and downtown activities.

We had an amazing time at this house. It is even better in person than the pictures. The location is perfect and the house has absolutely everything you need. We had no issues at all and communication with Jennifer was very easy throughout the process. We will definitely be back.

The house was amazing. Great location with a short walk to skiing, grocery store, shopping and restaurants. The house was supplied with everything needed and more! Decor was beautiful and the beverage station and kitchen were filled with all the appliances and utensils to really enjoy our stay. It was our best two family ski trip yet and we would all highly recommend the house!

This was the nicest rental property we have ever stayed in. It was extremely well stocked across the board (linens, kitchen, bath toiletries, paper products and extras like coffee and water). The hot tub was a great bonus after a day of skiing! And the built-in bunk room was perfect for the kids.

We stayed here for five nights with four adults and five children ages 7- 16. There was plenty of room for everyone and it felt like we each had our space to get away. The property itself is amazing, impeccably designed, cozy and spacious . The kitchen is fully stocked and we were able to cook most meals for ourselves. Our family thought it was more enjoyable than our stay at a five star resort the last time we went skiing in Utah . The proximity to the Park city mountain ski village base is a very short walk around the corner and across a parking lot. We were able to store our ski equipment at the base making it feel as close as you can get to “ski in ski out”. Will definitely book again. Absolutely loved it.

I thought this house was going to be really nice, and it totally did not disappoint. This property is beautiful, modern, casual, and elegant. The entire house was decorated for Christmas. We were secretly hoping for a tree, and there was a beautiful Christmas tree in the main room. Everything was so clean. The hot tub was great after ski days. The Sonos system throughout really added to our enjoyment of the house. Short walk to the bus stop. Walking to downtown and the grocery store is very close. We did not need a car. Each bedroom is so nice. Two master suites upstairs are a plus! The double bunk beds and space downstairs are fun for children. The house is just beautiful! My family had a wonderful time at this property. Jennifer was very attentive and contacted us to see if we needed anything at all. And before going to the grocery store, check the inventory in the kitchen first. The kitchen is very well stocked. We are planning our next trip back!

This was the most outstanding VRBO experience. We had a family wedding in Park City and had a house full of family. The house was immaculate, stocked with everything you would need to enjoy PC in the summer. Jennifer was a great resource, immediately responsive to questions. Five stars is not a high enough rating. Great intown location.

Family and I had a great visit to Park City, 5 adults, 5 children ages ranging 5-10. Jenny and her family put a lot of thought into the little touches throughout the house that made us feel at home. The most well stocked vacation rental I've ever been to. Would definitely want to stay there on our next visit to Park City.

Very nice property decorated to the 9’s. The house is fully stocked with almost everything you will need. Only 5 min walk to the lifts. Highly recommended.

Jennifer is a tremendous host and our group of family and friends had a great time staying in the house! The ratings on this house are legitimate! We were down to ski and it worked perfectly to store our skis in the garage each night. The kitchen is very nicely stocked, making dining at the house quite easy. There is parking for 3 cars. We also appreciated the water filtration system, meaning less bottled water.

The house is walking distance to many places downtown. The house is quite roomy and is quite large compared to the unimposing street-front view. The hosts thought of everything in furnishing delightful Christmas decor as well as supplies for cooking and meal preparation. Hope to stay again sometime!

My whole family (from grandparents to 4 grandkids 2yo & under) stayed here for a week in August and had a fantastic time. It's in an amazing location and we took many trips on foot to the park, main street, the base of the mountain, etc. The house is huge, updated and clean, and very cozy. It is also stocked with supplies - from the kitchen to the bathrooms - which I find very rare for a rental. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Jennifer is also a wonderful host. She was super responsive prior to and during our visit, and provided a lot of tips on what to do in Park City with our wide age range. We'd love to come back during a winter week given how easy it would be to reach the base from this home,

I can't say enough of how nice and well furnished this house was. Not only was the house beautifully decorated, it was furnished with outstanding equipment. We made waffles with the waffle maker, grilled burgers outside, had Rose kept cold in the beverage fridge, and so much more. My kids especially enjoyed the hot tub in the evening when the temperature cooled down. Jen, was amazing. She guided us to great recommendations as well as checked in on us via text to make sure we had everything we needed. The house is centrally located near the base of Park City Resort as well as within walking distance of the historic center of town. Will definitely come back again!

A stylishly decorated and well appointed home. It's a 3-minute, uphill walk to the slopes. About a mile from the middle of Main St. where there are many restaurant choices. Walk or drive depending on the weather. The owners thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. We look forward to returning.

We throughly enjoyed our stay in this house! The house was amazing. Had everything we could ever need for a fabulous trip. Close walk to the ski resort. Nice neighborhood. Lovely hot tub. Games and activities for nights in. Plenty of kitchen utensils and crock pots. Our stay couldn’t have been more perfect! Thank you for a great stay. We will be back!!

This house was perfect for our holiday vacation. Everything was supplied in the house in the kitchen and the bathrooms. There was lots of towels and sheets and extra blankets. It slept all 13 of us very comfortably. We used the hot tub every day and it was amazing. The bar was a nice plus for us too. The two living rooms really helped space us out and every room had a TV. The house was very clean and comfortable. We were not wanting for anything during our stay. Absolutely perfect!
