Very cute place. You get your own parking that you never have to fight for, the back yard and living room are so nice we spent lots of time using them. The garage is set up like a little mancave with a couch, the kids loved it. We definitely plan to return!

We really enjoyed staying at this lovely property. Every room was immaculate and well maintained. It was really great to hang out and visit in the beautiful yard and patio. The living room was also a comfortable place to visit and relax. Both bedrooms were very comfortable and had their own bathrooms. Overall I enjoyed our stay and would come back again the next time I am in Encinitas.

Great location with easy access to the beach. The hot water heater gave out and we were not able to turn on the heat during the first part of our stay. The owner took care of replacing the hot water heater and thermostat promptly. As others have mentioned there is an unpleasant odor in the garage. Cleanliness and general maintenance seem to be lacking.
