Portofino è un lussuoso resort condominiale situato nel Golfo del Messico e nelle acque tranquille di Santa Rosa Sound. Adiacente a Miglia di spiagge non sviluppate del National Seashore Park e dall'altra parte della strada dalle spiagge di cristallo di sabbia bianca della Costa Smeralda.
Portofino ridefinisce "Esclusivo". Le torri di Portofino sono separate da 300 piedi di terra ecologicamente preservata e dispongono di hall, piscina e vasca idromassaggio, interni dal design professionale, enormi balconi per intrattenere e viste sull'acqua da quasi ogni stanza.
Sarai costretto a trovare un'amenità che manca a Portofino. Portofino dispone di un centro per lo stile di vita di 40.000 piedi quadrati che include attrezzature per il fitness all'avanguardia. Hanno anche personal trainer, pilates, lezioni di spin, lezioni di yoga, aerobica in acqua e altre lezioni.
La spa offre massaggi, trattamenti per il corpo, trattamenti per il viso e molto altro. Il centro benessere ha anche due piscine a sfioro e una piscina olimpionica coperta.
C'è l'elegante ma informale ristorante Al Fresco, The Gulfside Grille e il bar all'aperto a bordo piscina, campi da tennis illuminati, noleggio di sedie a sdraio, sport acquatici di tutti i tipi a noleggio per esplorare le coste, parco acquatico Adventures Cove, Adventure Cove Beach e Adventure Depot, Teen Scene , Dive-In Theater, Crociere sui delfini e al tramonto, Noleggi di biciclette, Percorsi naturalistici panoramici che si snodano verso spiagge mozzafiato e molto altro ancora.
La nostra Skyhome si trova nella Torre 1 all'ottavo piano. Ha 1335 piedi quadrati di splendidi pavimenti in piastrelle ed è splendidamente decorato in tutto. Il balcone e ogni camera offrono viste mozzafiato sul suono di Santa Rosa.
Lo Skyhome dormirà comodamente sei persone con un letto king size, due letti singoli e un divano letto matrimoniale estraibile. C'è una cucina attrezzata con tutto il necessario per cucinare i pasti. Lo spazio da pranzo ha un grande tavolo di vetro che può ospitare sei persone con tre sgabelli da bar al bar per la colazione per ulteriori posti a sedere.
Lo spazio abitativo e le due camere hanno la propria TV a schermo piatto e anche un lettore DVD. La connessione Internet wireless gratuita non protetta è disponibile nell'unità. Il bagno principale ha una doccia walk-in in vetro, una vasca idromassaggio, lavandini per lui e per lei e una zona WC separata.

This was our annual family vacation and everything was perfect. The communication between owner was always quick to response with all my questions before arriving. Highly recommend this unit. Beautiful condo. Will stay in the future. Easy access to elevators and parking. Close to beach access and main pool. Also has a pool with this building but we like the main pool area with bar and food.

This was our second time staying in this unit and we enjoy the property. It’s clean and the location is great with nice views of the bay. Communication with the owner is fast and easy, and he’s great to work with. The only complaint I have is that last time we went there were towels provided by the property that we were able to use throughout the stay and we assumed it’d be the case this time but it wasn’t. A quick trip to Walmart in Gulf Breeze and we were back in business. No big deal. Also there were no trash bags, toilet paper, or paper towels in the unit so we had to get some of those items for our stay as well. We were a family so we went through dishes and laundry a couple times throughout the trip and had to get some dishwasher and laundry pods ourselves. Again, no big deal but it did surprise me, given the price of the unit and others at the property. Maybe the cleaning crew was a little rushed and simply overlooked it, I don’t know. Overall it’s a nice unit but could use a little TLC because the grout between tiles in the bathroom was missing in a few places. The owner lives far away and likely doesn’t even know this, though. I’m nitpicking though, and the unit is great. We would definitely stay again.

I had a great birthday weekend at Portofino. This condo was very nice, beautiful views, great location and easy check in and out. I highly recommend this condo!

The Portofino was an amazing property. There is no reason to leave if you don’t want to! Our condo was comfortable and had everything we needed to stay for our vacation. The kids loved the multiple pools and easy access to the beach. Dolphin cruise and jet ski rental is a must!

The condo is beautiful, didn’t feel like the pictures captured how nice the condo actually is. Parking space super convenient. The resort was perfect, food on the property was great, pools were clean and kept up. All the staff and locals were so nice. We would for sure come back to Portofino and this unitz

Portofino is absolutely perfect for families! This condo had everything we needed for a perfect stay all week. Condo was clean upon arriving and had everything we needed to get through the week. Looking forward to coming back!

Exceeded our expectations! The room and the resort was nice and clean. The staff was super friendly. The views off the balcony was gorgeous. This room is in Tower 1 and close proximity to the lifestyle center and an easy walk to the beach. I do wish the resort had some sort of kiddie pool/splash pad or something for toddlers (we had our 2 and 3 year olds with us), but that did not take away from our wonderful overall experience at Portofino Island. We will definitely be back!

Portofino at it's finest
Our family had 4 condo's rented, and this room / location in Tower 1 did not disappoint. Easy access to beach, lifestyle center and large community pool. Hands on owners with quick response to any questions. Don't pass this one up!!

Summer 2022
Very nice place and accurate listing. Only thing to note is you do have to park in parking garage and their is a height clearance for that. We had a luggage rack on top of vehicle and that wouldn’t fit. So we had to find a plan B which all worked out but wasn’t as convenient and if we would of known of the height clearance we could of better prepared for that. All in all great stay.

We have used VRBO at a Pensacola Beach for seven years. These owners we’re the easiest to work with. They provided us with their phone number in case we had any problems. We had no problems and the condo was just as advertised

A little disappointed we weren’t told 2,100 church camp kids would be taking over the resort. 49 charter buses. It was very chaotic. You couldn’t use the pools and the beach was taken over with camp counselors yelling with bullhorns and sirens every 10 minutes. The condo was nice as listed and the owners respond quickly when needed. This camp comes every year so check beforehand if you are expecting a relaxing vacation.

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. The Portofino is always so much fun! Owners were prompt to answer when we had questions. Definitely make sure to bring extra of paper towels, dish soap, coffee, etc.!

Relaxing Getaway Resort
Overall my experience was wonderful! The owners were very pleasant to book with. The unit was nice with the exception of a twin bed not changed from previous people. It wasn’t the owner fault it was cleaning staff! It grossed my sister out but owners had cleaning company come the next morning. This my my 4th time at Portofino Resorts and overall it’s an amazing resort with a lot of amenities!
