Questa favolosa villa sull'oceano con 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni si trova nell'edificio 3 al quinto piano del SeaCrest Resort. Le viste panoramiche ti permettono di guardare il sole sorgere sull'Oceano Atlantico. Tutte e 3 le camere sono dotate di letti king size. La cucina si apre sulla sala da pranzo e può ospitare quattro persone con 4 sgabelli al bancone della cucina. Questa villa sarebbe perfetta per una vacanza in famiglia, una vacanza all'insegna del golf o un viaggio per ragazze. La vista sulla spiaggia per miglia in ogni direzione e la posizione privilegiata non deluderanno!

Our family of 6 was so happy with the condo! From the amazing stocked kitchen, knives were even sharp! To the super comfy beds to the best view we could ask for. We loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom. The location was perfect. So close to all shops and restaurants. Parking was very convenient. The only downfall was the elevator was being worked on and it was located right outside of our room and we were on the 5th floor. But it was only a minor inconvenience as the other elevators weren’t that far. Overall super happy with the rental and we would absolutely come back!

Fantastic experience! Well appointed penthouse and it’s just fun to say penthouse! Exactly as advertised. Communication and directions for use was timely and clear. The only thing I couldn’t find was a drink pitcher to make iced tea. Also wish they would let the ice tray fill up - it was too slow so we had to buy a large bag of ice for our party of 6.The living room was phenomenal for 6 adults to hang out comfortably! TV was easy to use which is not always the case in rentals so we appreciated that.Kitchens and all bathrooms were well stocked. Walkable shops and eateries! We enjoyed Sweet Al’s! Thank you thank you for offering ‘The Penthouse’ for us to experience and enjoy!

The beach view was spectacular and the location was perfect. Within a short walking distance of great restaurants and shops.

This property was not ready for guests!
1) The first time we tried to use the dishwasher, we had to call and we got a NEW dishwasher. This must have been an issue before our week.
2) When we tried to dry clothes, the drier would not dry them, though the dryer got too hot to touch. THREE service persons came traipsing through in order to resolve the issue. This was obviously a recurring issue, and is something that should be taken care of on a REGULAR basis! It was explained to us that the vent is a long, curved one....
3) The "master bedroom" was so warm that we went out and purchased a box fan the first day! We could locate no returns in that space. We slept with the door open and the fan running every night, all night long.
4) The mattress in the "guest" room A was not a good one, and the man "sleeping" on it has had two back surgeries!
5) The elevator is extremely slow, and we spent way too much time waiting and riding! Isn't it time to replace it?
We LOVED the views and the location. The villa was well appointed with dishes, etc. though we never cooked a meal there - only fixed quickie lunches and breakfasts. It is a pretty unit. The bedrooms/bathrooms were roomy and had nice accommodations (other that what was mentioned above.)
Our question is this - is Sea Crest just getting old and is not being updated and cared for? It is a great location, and the beach is wonderful....
