Bella 3 ° piano di aria condizionata condominio recentemente ristrutturato. pavimenti in legno nuovi e moquette dappertutto. Dipinta di fresco con mobili nuovi, trattamenti della finestra, biancheria da letto e piccoli elettrodomestici. Grande TV a schermo piatto con cavo in salotto, internet wi-fi, TV in tutte le camere, 2 posti auto, tra cui garage chiuso, anteriore e posteriore ponti arredato. Quattro tag spiaggia sono inclusi. Ottima posizione, a soli 4 isolati dalla spiaggia ea 1 isolato dai negozi di Asbury Avenue. bagni pubblici sono convenientemente situato presso il lungomare e 12th Street. Molti ristoranti e negozi di alimentari in grado di soddisfare tutte le vostre esigenze sono raggiungibili a piedi.

This was an amazing place to stay, Nancy was great! The unit was super clean and very efficient, close to beach, shops and restaurants. We 100% will return.

We had a lovely time and the house was the perfect location. We loved the openness of the family room and the large sectional couch! Every night we were able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the weather and the view!

This was the third floor apartment. There were stairs, but that was not an issue for us. The whole place was very clean and free of knickknacks that you often see at beach rentals. Every inch of the apartment was used beaut, beautifully and productively. There were two full bathrooms, which was wonderful. The water left for us in the fridge by the property manager, Nancy, was much appreciated. This was about 3 1/2 blocks back from the beach, very walkable for a family with bigger kids. I appreciated being back from the boardwalk a little bit. There were tenants below us, but we could not hear them. I stay to be restful and relaxing in the middle of cafés and coffee shops, but not in the midst of anything to the point where we could not get away and relax a bit. Comfortable beds and very comfortable bedding. All appliances worked well. It was a great find. We would definitely stay here again.

Nancy was so personable, helpful, & accommodating! It was a lovely condo with all the promised amenities! Parking was appreciated!! It is on the 3rd floor but we love doing steps so it didn’t bother us! We enjoyed the porch, close to delis, pharmacy, nice gazebo straight back 12th & bay for sunsets and an easy walk to the beach!! Thanks for the gorgeous weather as well!!
