Soggiorno con camino a legna per quelle notti fredde. Un Master en suite, insieme ad altre 2 camere. Anche su questo piano si gode seduti nella stanza sole che ha porte francesi che ti danno una vista a 180 gradi del lago. Al secondo piano si trova la quarta camera da letto che si affaccia sul lago. Bedroom1: piano principale Letto matrimoniale 2: piano terra 2 / Twin Camera 3: piano principale Letto matrimoniale 4: 2 ° piano Letti a castello Camera da letto 5: 2 ° piano Re * 2 bagni al piano principale e un 3 ° bagno al 2 ° piano. Memories abound after our week at the Lake House. Fishing, playing games, swimming, boating, and the close vicinity of Bemus Point and Midway kept us happy and busy.
The Lake House was perfect for our large family, and extremely clean. Thank you for having us!

We had a great time with family. We had a party of 10 and there was plenty of room. The property had all the amenities we needed. The private dock was perfect. Would love to go back again!

The property is just beautiful with a kitchgreat, well-stocked kitchen, large dining area that easily sat 10, a great room set up that including gorgeous lake vies on three sides. We all enjoyed the comfortable recliner couch and chair as well as the other comfortable seating areas.
The porch was a perfect spot at all times of the day and night. It was cold and smoky this week at the lake, but we still enjoyed the house and the activities around the lake. When just hanging around the house, the many bedrooms and three baths made the gathering easy. The children and adults enjoyed the dock and watching the geese coming and going each day. So worth the trip and would love to go back anytime!

We were a family of eight from across the country who met and had a wonderful relaxing time. The property is beautiful, the house is well maintained. The only issue we ran into was the online description of the number of beds was incorrect, and since you have to bring your own linens that is something that needs to be fixed

During this covid pandemic, we needed a safe environment for our kids and grandchildren. Rented a pontoon boat, fishing, bonfires and just being together...this home was perfect for us!

This was a great week- weather was perfect, cottage was just right, perfect location, size and well stocked kitchen. We rented kayaks which only added to the fun, morning sunrise kayaks were so special! Highly recommend this vacation spot!

Wonderful spot for a family vacation! We’d been renting a place on the lake for the past 20 years and switched to this property this year. We were not disappointed, it was absolutely wonderful! Beautifully updated kitchen and baths, lots of room, and a nice front lawn for yard games and campfires. The dock worked out well since we bring our boat along. It also gave us a nice spot to take in the beautiful scenery. We hope to continue our family tradition for years to come!!!

Wonderful spot for a family vacation! We’d been renting a place on the lake for the past 20 years and switched to this property this year. We were not disappointed, it was absolutely wonderful! Beautifully updated kitchen and baths, lots of room, and a nice front lawn for yard games and campfires. The dock worked out well since we bring our boat along. It also gave us a nice spot to take in the beautiful scenery. We hope to continue our family tradition for years to come!!!
