We stayed here the first week of November. This was a perfect vacation. Tara was very responsive to every question. Amazing place. Very clean, well stocked with everything you need. We definitely are coming back.

The term that kept coming up was that Carillon was just “comfortable”. The neighborhood is really nice, and the house was the perfect house for our group of 4 families with teens. Each of the adults had a private en-suite, the boys were in the bunk rooms on the second and third levels, and the girls were in the guest house. We took full advantage of the basketball and pickle ball courts. It’s an easy walk to the beach, and we also loved relaxing in the back yard by the pool or on one of several porches.

Wow! What a house. We have stayed in numerous properties throughout Carillon for more than 20 years, and this place has been our hands down favorite. The home was clean, comfortable, and incredibly well stocked. Thank you for sharing your home with our family.

Our extended family (15 people, grandkids to grandparents) had a fantastic stay at this property. The actual home is as-good if not better than the listing! Property manager was very responsive to all our needs, and there was plenty of open space on the first floor for the whole family to comfortably gather. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful property, great location. Each room was special, the host were accommodating, easy to get with and happy to help to make our stay special. It was very clean and advertised pictures were spot on.
Can’t wait to come again and bring family and friends. Loved that we rented golf carts to scoot around in. Tara was the best, thank you so much!

The house was absolutely perfect for our extended family. From Super Papa to the youngest grandchild, Veronica. The kids enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach.

The house and neighborhood were perfect for a large family. The beautiful beach is a short walk and the pool kept our crew occupied for hours. Kids can ride bikes safely and the area is very close to all the restaurants and fun things at Rosemary beach. The house is well equipped to handle a large crowd.

We have stayed at Life’s a Beach, as well as other properties managed by Tara, multiple times and they never disappoint! Our family of 13, including three infants (one pack ‘n play was provided!) had plenty of space to relax and sleep and had fun preparing all of our meals in the spacious kitchen and on the gas grill located by the pool. We utilized the large Sportbrella on the beach to provide shade for the babies and used the available cart/wagon to bring down extra sand chairs they provided in addition to the six loungers reserved on the beach. Mornings were spent at the nearby beach and the heated pool (ample size) was used all afternoon and evening by all ages (well worth the additional fee for heat!) We also played daily on the tennis and pickleball courts only a block away. Tara is a great communicator and responds quickly and kindly to all inquiries. We’re already planning our return next year!

13 women met to celebrate 38 years since their college graduation. The home was perfect for us. Communication with the owner was xoutstanding. The neighborhood was beautiful for daily walks. Highly recommend!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. The pool in the back yard is the cherry on top especially with little ones who still nap during the day. Everything was easy to find and locate, we will definitely be back in the future.

We had a family reunion of 12 adults and 5 kids. The house is incredible and has so much common area space. The rooms were cozy and everyone seemed to be comfortable. The guest house was a great addition for the grandparents that needed some quiet time at the end of the day. Pool is perfect size to relax after a morning on the beach. We were very satisfied with the entire property and location.

Great Family Vacation
Four sisters family vacation. 17 total with kids ranging in ages from 9yrs to 25 yrs. 4 master bedrooms was a bonus. carriage house was excellent for adult children. Loved the pool. Quick walk to beautiful beach. Pickle ball court was a blast. Boys enjoyed basketball court. Beautiful neighborhood.

What a perfect house for our large group of 19. The grandparents stayed in the guest house while the main house had plenty of space for 4 adult couples plus 9 grandkids. The pool was a big hit. The beach was super close and beautiful. We utilized the tennis courts, basketball court and bicycles. The kitchen was amply stocked: we cooked 3 meals for 19 in there without a problem. Definitely 5 Stars. Tara, Property Manager, was awesome to work with. Cleanliness was a 4 only because house cleaners did not finish the job but Tara was on top of it as soon as we arrived and made all arrangements to make it right. Will definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking to visit Panama area.

We’ve stayed at Carillon Beach for many years. We love that the beach is beautiful & never over crowded, that it’s a gated community & has many amenities to keep everyone happy with the variety of pools, tennis & basketball courts, market street ice cream, rentals, eats & store.
We’ve stayed in several homes & condos there, but Life’s a Beach tops them all by far! It’s beautiful, large enough for our growing family & we love that it feels so spacious & open. The pool is great with ample lounging seats (there’s something soothing about the sound of the pool waterfall when you are sitting around connecting with others).
Some of the homes we’ve had feel cramped like they’ve maxed out the layout too much. Maybe this is built on a double lot?Everything about the house in furniture, design & equipment is first class. We didn’t have any need that wasn’t supplied. While it’s not too far to the beach walkover, I always rent a golf cart to make access to the whole property easy.
And Tara, the property host is awesome & available to make sure all is well. This is the first rental we’ve had where we were given Welcome Gifts which was very nice! The garage full of pool & beach equipment was a large bonus as well. Kinda feels like you are staying in a close friends place.
We’ve booked for next year already which is probably the best endorsement I can give. Hard to go wrong with Life’s A Beach!

Home Run Family Beach Vacay!

Life is a Beach rental was a perfect set up for our family (8 adults and 4 children under the age of 4). It had a lot of space for eating, relaxing, playing, and sleeping. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, glassware, serving dishes, utensils, plates, ect. The house was an easy walk, about 2.5 blocks, from the beach. The backyard was very private and a lot of sitting areas. We loved the house for our family.
The Carillon Community is very cute and has a southern charm. I was disappointed with the playground area with only had 2 swings and 1 slide. The "downtown" area of Carillon was also disappointing. Our family likes to walk to get breakfast, lunch, dinner, ect. and there were just a few options. You can bike around the Carillon neighborhood (about 3 miles if you include all the streets). You can not bike outside of Carillon to get anywhere. The main roads are very busy. You can take a short drive for grocery shopping or restaurants.

Awesome family vacation!
We had our 3 children and their families meet us here for a wonderful family vacation. The house met all our needs with the bedrooms for adults and for children. The 4 boys loved the upstairs bedroom as the "Guys room". The kitchen and living area was very open and so comfortable to gather with our family. The owners were so easy to work with. It was a great house and a great vacation!

Fabulous Experience
Everything about this home was perfect for our family! We have 6 kids, 4 kids-in-law, and 8 grandchildren, and the home suited all of our needs. The neighborhood is wonderfully located, the beach is not crowded or overrun by the horrid beach-chair companies, and the small private pool is a game-changer when you have little ones. We also loved using the tennis courts.

Perfect for Our Family of 16!
We echo all the great reviews by previous guests! We picked this house because it has so many bedrooms with king beds and other spaces for the kids to sleep. It was a great layout for our group. The house was very clean and spacious with beautiful furniture and decor. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. We ate some meals at the table outside by the pool and some at the large table inside. The beautiful beach was indeed a short walk on a quiet and quaint street through the neighborhood. Having the pool was an extra perk and entertained both the kids and adults. Just down the street is a small park with a grassy area, playhouse, slide and a few swings. It was a great place for the kids to expend some energy after dinner. Next to the park is one of the community pools. It has a baby pool that our twin 1 year olds could enjoy. We would definitely love to book this house again! Tara was always very responsive and helpful with all my questions.

From the very start this rental was top notch. The communication with booking, emails, texts, and mailed info. was SO easy to communicate with Tara.You walk in and this place is phenomenal. A welcome bag with towels, sunscreen, wine, glow sticks for the kids and a nice note. The house and pool house were bigger than the pictures and once again top notch amenities. We had space and more space. Huge pantry, large kitchen island and peninsula, large kitchen table, superb bedding with extra pillows, hangers in the closets, amazing shower heads for the bathrooms, and just the feeling that they cared, as it is their own home that they're opening to us (not just a weekly rental). We appreciated all the details and the 6 beach chair set up each day included with the price (which normally doesn't happen). The neighborhood was golden, gated and safe. We went to Easter service on the lawn at the little chapel and shopped and ate at the areas within the community. An added plus to have these in walking distance. We walked the neighborhood in the evenings. So beautiful. The pool was chilly, no heat, so something to be aware of, but didn't stop those pushing each other in!!! The lounge and Adirondack chairs around the pool were awesome as well. Used the gas grill nightly. You will not be disappointed by staying in this little slice of Heaven. It was an amazing week at Lifes a Beach!!!
