We really enjoyed our stay in this cozy apartment just in front of the ski-lift Gondola. Everything we needed, like restaurants, markers, ski-rental offices and etc. were very close. Location is super. Room was clean and host was very friendly. See you next winter <3.

We couldn't find the WiFi hotspot that was mentioned in the room.

Clean, modern apartment in New Gudauri. Good wifi. A 5 minute walk to the ski lift. There is a SPAR grocery nearby. The owner arranged for a private driver to pick me up at the airport, and to take me back. The driver was courteous and he arrived right on time for both trips. The shower, tv, hot plate, elevators, room lights and extra space heaters were excellent. It took us a while to find the key upon arrival - there was nobody at the front desk. Unfortunately I was not able to ski. No snow

It took several calls to figure out how to operate the tv and remotes))

Nice design, comfortable furniture, carpet on the floor

The shower’s trap was full of hairs and mud and the water drained to the floor. So I needed to clean the trap to avoid this. Not enough sockets. Electric stove is only for one pan and heats too slow. The wooden screen is broken. Convector’s wheels are broken. No laundry in the Gudaury so this property is not comfortable for a long stay

Value for money. Nearby store is available and complete cooking utensils inside. Resraurants are closed during our stay but we were able to buy food from market and cook in there. Balcony is a plus point.

Location, room design, owner very easy to communicate and friendly

•Size and confort of the room, suitable for a family of 5. •Proximity to gondola •Prompt response of the owner concerning any maintenance intervention or any other special request.

•The room was well-equipped, however more kitchen utensils and a better cooker would be perfect. •wifi was unstable, but I think it’s common problem in the whole station.
