Che si tratti di vacanza o di lavoro, questa unità con 3 camere da letto / 2 bagni a Marbella del Caribe West sarà una scelta eccellente, offrendo un soggiorno piacevole, con accesso diretto alla migliore spiaggia di Isla Verde. Entra nella zona giorno / pranzo con il balcone di fronte all'oceano, poi hai la cucina attrezzata con un bancone aperto dove puoi continuare a goderti quella vista, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile che include anche un frigorifero per il vino. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size con una suite completa, la seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale, la terza camera da letto con 2 letti singoli, il secondo bagno completo si trova nel corridoio vicino alle camere da letto. TV a schermo piatto in salotto con internet wifi e uno in ogni camera da letto. L'edificio è situato in posizione centrale e offre sicurezza 24 ore su 24, parcheggio sotterraneo assegnato all'unità, area barbecue, parco giochi, piscina, campi da basket e da tennis. Si trova a circa 5 minuti in auto dall'aeroporto internazionale Luis Muñoz Marín, con i mezzi pubblici accessibili per la Città Vecchia e il resto dell'area metropolitana di San Juan. Nelle vicinanze ci sono supermercati 24 ore, a un isolato di distanza una farmacia CVS 24/7 e una farmacia Walgreens 24/7 proprio dall'altra parte della strada su Isla Verde Avenue. A pochi passi da importanti hotel come Intercontinental Hotel, El San Juan Hotel, The Embassy Suites, The Ritz Carlton, dove si possono gustare ottimi ristoranti, musica e casinò, ristoranti locali che offrono cucina portoricana e per quel boccone, ben noto ristoranti fast food. Troverai tutto a portata di mano per rendere piacevole e rilassante quella casa lontano da casa.

AMENTITIES ON POINT! Spectacular location and condo was just as advertised. Check in was easy. Security staff in lobby are kind and helpful - most speak great English if your Spanish isn't strong. Street noise on bedroom side is loud, slept just fine with earplugs. Having direct access to the beach was critical for us and did not disappoint; the unit provides plenty of beach / pool towels (pool was also GREAT). All in one washer /dryer is nice, just beware it takes longer to dry than a standard vented dryer. Several excellent restaurants nearby, and the 24/7 pizza spot across the street is delicious. If you need a rental car, use Charlie's across the street, super smooth process, friendly staff, and free airport shuttle.

This 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartment in Carolina, PR was absolutely perfect for our stay. We are a family of 5 for reference. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from a beautiful, breathtaking beach, Isla Verde and within walking distance to great local food spots and shops, making everything super convenient. Walgreens across the street that is open until 12am. The apartment itself had everything we needed and more. It was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making it feel like a true home away from home. The layout and amenities make it easy to relax and enjoy your time. There was a pool, seats are limited, just an FYI. Building is staffed with security 24 hours and all doors in and out of the complex are gated and only accessible by key. Hosts were very easy to contact when we had questions. Even comes with a parking spot under the building if you rent a car. The beach nearby is truly gorgeous—perfect for swimming, relaxing, or just taking in the view. The apt comes with 4 beach chairs and everything you need for the beach. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Beach view was nice. Apartment itself was clean but the building the apartment was in and the entire area the building was located in was run down and trashy. If you want to go to Old San Juan or any of the beaches for snorkeling or the Yunca rainforest you will have to have long drives/ubers. The apartment was clean but bring your own everything. No trashbags, no paper towels, 2 bowls, 3 plates, etc. I would not recommend you use the washer/dryer as it can only take a few items of clothing at a time, has about a 6 hour long cycle, and somehow things come out smelling worse when they come out than when they went in. Overall a decent apartment but really not convenient to anything and you are very much on your own to figure everything out, lots of transportation needed, and find food/drink/and supplies in a kind of run down and scary neighborhood. We would probably not choose to stay in Isla Verde again.
