This unit was immaculate, which is one of my biggest criteria for a place to stay. The place was comfortable and was in a decent section of town. It was convenient to major roads in and out and was near by great local destinations. It was so pleasant going to OC in the off season. Most restaurants and activities are still open at this time. I will most like come back.

What a great find! We loved this place located in the Makai building. Beautiful views looking towards the ocean and a pool view towards amazing sunsets. The rooms were clean, and the right size, and having two bathrooms with showers was perfect for our family.
TVs in all the rooms kept everyone happy and the Smart TV allowed us to use Apple TV and let the kids watch Messi play soccer.
The master bed was super comfy and having a washer/dryer is something we won't do without anymore.
Lots of room to stock the kitchen with food for breakfast and lunch and close to our favorites for dinner (Belly Busters, 45 Taproom) Four-minute walk to the beach and plenty of parking. We loved it!

I'll start by saying that I am a hotel/vacation rental snob. I agonize over photos and reviews before every booking. This 2BR/2BA condo in The Makai was exceptional and checked all my boxes! From the thoughtful and beachy decor to the fully stocked kitchen, laundry and baths, makes it an easy choice to return. It even had spare candles, puzzles, board games and books! I loved the patio with ocean views that opened from the primary BR and the sliding living room doors. For me to have NO complaints is rare and I'm so grateful to have stumbled on this condo for our last minute family getaway!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Decor was beautiful! Very easy to check in. The location was perfect for ease of travel to restaurants, boardwalk, as well as jolly Rodger for all ages. Property was cozy in size. Great for family of 4 or less. Quiet property at the end of the hall. Only minor feedback would be to please use less air fresheners. The ones inside were strong smelling. Easy fix for owner to remove them. Overall great stay!

This rental was exactly what we were looking for. Family of 5 with big kids, my boys shared the bedroom with the bunk beds and my daughter slept on the pull out couch. The place was impeccably clean and convenient to the midtown area as advertised. Most things were walking distance, ie beach, restaurants, Seacrets and shopping. The condo is small but it was perfect for what we needed which was a home base for washing up and relaxing in between activities.

Beautiful condo, spacious and clean. Great location, easy drive to the boardwalk, short walk to the beach and right next door to the convention center which was super convenient for us since we were there for my daughters dance nationals. Lot's of food options as well within walking distance.

My husband and I with our 2 teenagers stayed in this condo. It was exactly as listed. The home was clean, well stocked with and there were no suprises. It is apparent this home is well cared for. My family would stay here again without hesitation

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Loved sitting on the balcony both morning and night. It’s a short walk to the beach and a short drive to the boardwalk. Wonderful place to enjoy vacation with my son and daughter-in-law.

We absolutely loved this property it had EVERYTHING you needed! Dishwasher was a life saver. Seeing the ocean from the balcony was great to hang out and watch the boats. We all slept soo good here. Our two teenagers absolutely loved their room and having their own bathroom and explored the building. The washer and dryer was a plus we came home with all clean laundry. Wasn't the biggest fan of commute to beach but we drove across the street to drop beach stuff and kids off then walked back. The road was very busy and loud. But you didn't hear the traffic while in the house. More cabinet space would be nice for all the food we brought but understandable. Every cabinet had stuff in it would be nice to have one empty in the kitchen. No smart tv in master bedroom but we brought a roku and it worked out great!

Perfect For Family
We had a great stay at this property! Perfect for two adults and two kids. Location was very convenient to beach, activities, and restaurants. Bathrooms and kitchen are nicely updated and furniture was sturdy and comfortable. The washer and dryer was a huge bonus. It’s in the master bath and runs quietly with the door closed to the bedroom. Ample luggage carts throughout the building to help load and unload. The building is locked and requires a code to enter. Lots of families at this location.

Great place near seacrets!
This apartment was very nice and co venue t to a bunch of great places in ocean city. It is walking distance to seacrets which is great as well as a bunch of other restaurants and bars. Me, my husband, our daughter and my mom all stayed here together and it was spacious enough for all of us. Gym in the building was a nice addition, and there is a pool and billiards room also, which we did not use but looked very nice. It is located on the bay but is s short walk to the beach. Highly recommend as a gray place to stay.

no water, no hot water, no towels and heat wasn't working properly
when i got property there is no water, i figured and turned on the water than i found out there is no towel, when i buy towels then there is no hot water in the house i contact the property management, he told me that its off from electric panel so i turned on and wait till 2am to water gets hot. also heat wasnt working properly we had to put my jackets on while when we are in the house. definitely not recommended.
they also charge $35 for stain in kids bed but my kid never sleep in the that bed. i dont mind.
