Sea Cliff Cottage was wonderful! The place is in a beautiful location, with amazing views from the enormous deck at the top of a cliff. The cottage was clean, comfortable, and furnished with everything we needed. The owners responded immediately to our messages and went above and beyond when we needed assistance. We had a great stay. Highly recommend!!

My husband and I have stayed in quite a few vacation rentals over the years, and this place was one of the best yet. Daniel was welcoming and easy to communicate with. Check in and check out were a breeze. The view from the porch took our breath away every time we walked out. The interior was perfectly cleaned, bright and airy, stylishly designed. Air conditioning worked extremely well. A wonderful place all around to rest and relax!

This house (and Eleuthera in general) is my kind of place. The view is outstanding for morning coffee and evening relaxing. It's a very private place which makes it outstanding for a tropical vacation. It is reasonably centrally located to the TOP HALF of the island (about 40 mins south of the northernmost beaches and an hour from Ten Bay. If you plan to go further south than that a lot, you'll be doing a lot of driving). The kitchen was better stocked than I expected for such a remote place (it is missing a few things -- a microwave for reheating coffee and there are no containers to store leftovers. You have to improvise a bit. If you can't deal with that, you probably shouldn't be coming to Eleuthera in the first place.) The house is perfect for 2; I would not want to stay here with more than that. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here and will strongly consider using this house if we come back. I'm grateful to have been able to spend a week on the beautiful island and lovely house.

We stayed 34 nights at Sea Cliff from Jan. 14 to Feb. 17, 2022. Sea Cliff Cottage is exactly that..., it is a cottage, which means it lacks some of the comforts that come with renting a home. It has a large deck overlooking the Sound (Caribbean side) with beautiful & ever changing sunsets and sea turtles & rays swimming by daily. There is a platform for an invigorating leap into the sea. The cottage itself has a cool & funky open air design that reflects Daniel’s artistic talents. Floor to almost ceiling shutters open to create a one with nature concept. High Seas is also conveniently close to Gregory Town for supplies. Cool shutters during the day immediately become an issue at dusk as they must to closed to keep the bugs out, thus creating a “shut-in” feeling at night. The beds mattress is throughly worn out and the bedding was a worn out combination of mismatched over & undersized sheets and blankets. In Summary, High Seas Cottage satisfies those seeking a unique ocean front “cottage type stay”, but lacks some of the comforts and amenities that more “home type properties” so may be more conducive so shorter stays!
