We stayed at The Big Easy for Thanksgiving and the house is absolutely wonderful! Upon our arrival we met with Sandy, the house manager, and she walked us through the house. She's terrific! The house is in perfect condition, incredibly comfortable, very clean and has a well stocked kitchen. The location cannot be beat and our only complaint is that we had to leave after a week!!!! Our family was extremely happy with the property - it had everything we needed and more. Our grandchildren never missed having a swimming pool. The guys drove to the beach early each day to get your provided rental chairs and umbrellas and picked a spot on the beach. They also set up our chairs & umbrellas we brought from home (as we had a group of 15) the girls made lunch and packed the coolers, body boards, sand toys and we all headed out for our fun day. The walk to the beach was a 5 minute walk. We also brought our sand /beach cart which helped a lot. The showers in the garage area were the best for cleaning up after coming home. The open family room area was great for our sing - dance - along we had one night with the children - they had so much fun they asked to do it again the next night! We had plenty of parking for our cars. . A home not to miss !!!

Great property and location. Even though this is just across the street from the Bethany Firehouse, never had a problem with that. There was construction next door but not much anyone can do about that. Overall, we loved it and will hopefully get it in 2023.

I can't say enough about how amazing this property is! The owners thought of everything. Sandy the property manager met us on arrival to give us a tour and answer any questions, she was lovely and available by text if we had any questions during the week. The house is stunning, spacious, very open floor plan. Plenty of bedrooms (3 masters) and bathrooms. The elevator was very useful for packing and unpacking the car as well as grocery runs or if you just didn't feel like walking up all the stairs:)-perfect for Grandparents who joined us on our trip! The rooms all had ceiling fans which we took advantage of. Each room had power strips with extension cords (again they thought of everything). These were very useful for my kids and teenages who always need to be charging something. There is a sprawling desk area if you need to do some work. I found myself needing tape and scissors at one point, and YES, they had it! 2 sets of washer/dryers ended up being fabulous, beach towels went right into the basement laundry area so we didn't have to lug them upstairs and we laundered our clothes on the main floor. Pillows & beds were comfy, plenty of light streams in the windows but also has great shades for the evening/nights. The screened in porch was fabulous too....with a ceiling fan for those warm nights. Also there is a teen lounge which was so great because the teenagers had a place to go that wasn't on the main floor where they could lounge and watch TV and be loud, away from the kitchen:) Every kitchen utensil or appliance was readily available. 2 blocks from the beach 1 from town, super easy to walk everywhere. I also have to mention that the 2 umbrella/4 chair rental that the owners provide each day was such a huge bonus! I really could go on and on, but you understand, we loved it! Thank you for allowing us to rent your gorgeous home. We will be back for sure.

I needed a home for my family and I to use in Bethany Beach at the last minute and I was lucky enough to find “The Big Easy”! This home does not disappoint. Location is excellent, plenty of space, furnishings are fantastic, and it’s exactly how it’s described in the listing! The service provided by the owner and house manager are some of the best I’ve ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and stay at the best location Bethany Beach has to offer…. “The Big Easy”!

The perfect house for a girls weekend who appreciate a well appointed kitchen. You won't lack for anything - from cloth napkins to the ice maker, you won't be disappointed. Loved our stay and would highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at The Big Easy. The house was exactly as pictured and super clean. The location was awesome too--walking distance to the beach and downtown. Only a short drive to a grocery store. Our kids loved the bunk bed rooms with their own bathroom. All of the adults (3 couples) enjoyed their master bedrooms and bathrooms. The mud room was very convenient to store our belongings upon entering and exiting the house. The double washer and dryer came in very handy. The teen lounge gave the kids a nice place to relax after a day at the beach. This house had everything anyone could ever need. The owner was so easy to talk to and was extremely quick to respond and answer any questions. I highly recommend this house.

We had a wonderful stay at 'The Big Easy'. The house worked so well for our two families, including 5 young kids. The teen lounge was such a nice feature - both for the kids and parents! The pebble ice maker, double appliances, and outdoor showers were also great amenities. The central location was perfect and allowed us to walk to the beach and boardwalk. The chair/umbrella rental was also greatly appreciated and made packing and the walk to the beach so much easier. We were a little concerned that the fire station might be loud, but it wasn't an issue at all....the kids even got a tour of the fire house. Overall a great trip to Bethany and we hope to return!

Our family enjoyed a lovely, comfortable week in this well-appointed home. We had everything supplied needed for cooking & enjoying a grand beach time.

You won't find a better house in Bethany Beach. Owners & property manager were great to deal with. The location is perfect. Everything was "as advertised". No complaints.
