Benvenuti a Island Time. La nostra struttura ti fa sentire come se foste su Island Time, in modo da sedersi rilassarsi e godere la vostra vacanza. Questo / 2 bagni condominio 2 camera da letto ha tutto quello che ci si può aspettare in una vacanza al mare. Godetevi spiaggia / Golfo del Messico acque e splendidi tramonti dalla vostra veranda. Situato all'estremità nord di Fort Myers Beach, proprio accanto a Bowditch Park e una breve passeggiata alla famosa zona Time Square e il molo. Condo comprende tutti gli elementi essenziali di casa, cucina completamente attrezzata, lavatrice e asciugatrice, lenzuola e asciugamani. Bella ha molti nuovi aggiornamenti tra cui nuova tessera aggiornato in tutto il condominio, illuminazione può incasso, e il nuovo molto confortevoli mobili da giardino. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale e bagno privato e camera da letto # 2 ha un letto matrimoniale. Complesso ha una grande piscina riscaldata e sedie a sdraio e barbecue.
Si prega di notare durante i mesi invernali (da metà dicembre a metà aprile), la nostra proprietà viene affittata da Sabato a Sabato solo con un minimo di una settimana.

This is by far the best condo and location that we’ve stayed. The condo is beautiful, spacious and super clean. The beds were comfortable. We spent so much time out on the patio, even better than we thought it would be. We didn’t rent a car. We burred to & from the airport, and instacarted groceries from Publix. We walked to dinner over at the Pink Shell. It’s so quiet and peaceful on this end of the beach. Only a couple suggestions: a pizza cutter and a couple extra blankets. That’s it! If this sounds like your vibe, don’t hesitate. Can’t imagine being disappointed here. We’ll be back!

Everything in the condo was perfect. It was immaculate and comfortable, and we enjoyed our time on the balcony. There are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance, and a little park next to the condo with walking paths to other areas of the beach. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Newly renovated after hurricane Ian. Very spacious especially the screened in balcony. Really enjoyed sitting out there and watching the waves hit the beach.

Location is great and is very close to the beach. There is a nice big balcony. Condo was clean. Unfortunately we had many issues. The air conditioning broke twice while we were there. They did send someone over to fix it both times. When we first got there the Condo smelled very musty. Tri power did bring a dehumidifier that we had to empty twice a day to keep the smell under control. We had ants in the kitchen that got in our food we bought, they did bring ant traps for that. I did ask tri power to contact the owner about a partial refund for all the issues, they said they would but we never heard anything. We would not stay here again due to all the issues we encountered.
