Ubicato in Surfside Beach, questo delizioso casa a 221 € per notte è un fantastico scelta per il tuo prossimoviaggio. Benvenuti a Sunset Bay! Vogliamo che la nostra bella casa accogliente si senta accogliente e soprattutto si senta come una 'casa lontana da casa'. Accogliamo una famiglia o famiglie di 10 o meno. Abbiamo una bellissima vista sulla baia ea 3 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia privata pulita, accesso al veicolo in 2 minuti. In pochi minuti ci sono ristoranti, negozi di alimentari e intrattenimenti da noleggiare. Caffettiera per caffè mattutino preparato al momento. Ogni camera è dotata di TV con lettore DVD, lettore Blu-ray, DirectTv e WiFi INTERNET NOW !!! Completamente arredato con 2 letti queen size e letti multipli per accogliere tutti comodamente. Casa include una nuova lavatrice e asciugatrice e doccia esterna per risciacquare la sabbia e il sale :) Gli animali domestici sono i benvenuti sotto i 40 libbre. Mobili da giardino all'aperto, piscina gonfiabile per bambini con pompa elettrica, griglia nuova (con serbatoio di propano incluso), e completamente recintato con recinzione per i bambini per godere! Grande pesca sulla spiaggia o sulle più belle baie. Sargen (East Matagorda Bay - ottima pesca)) a 30 minuti, Galveston a soli 30 minuti. (reg. # 10042)

We enjoyed our stay but were disappointed with some items that were not available, like towels. Also, some of the furniture chair arm was broken, the door to the bottom sink cabnet was loose, and the dryer didn't work. Some of the pots and pans were unusable.

The house is beautiful and spacious and clean other that some of the dishes.The house is located across from the beach, but you cannot see the beach. The beach is several roads down and about a 10 minute walk. The bay is beside the unit, but is not accessible. The house is beautiful, but the dryer and the dishwasher did not work.

Overall our stay was great! Had everything we needed and the kids loved the house! Plenty of room. Our only complaint was the downstairs bed being fairly uncomfortable. Sunk in on both sides from extensive use, pretty hard, and small for 2 people. Also, the listing portrayed the house as being located on the beach, but it was across the road on the bay side. So if you want a "walk out onto the beach" house; this isn't that. Its a short walk across though. But it was still lovely and we enjoyed our stay so much we booked an extra day.

The property was pretty well maintained and looked very clean but none of the bed linens upstairs were clean. We found make-up and hair on them. The vacuum cleaner did not work. We were disappointed that we couldn’t walk out to the beach as we had at our other rentals but that was my fault. The cutlery was a motley assortment and there was no can opener, but that could have been the fault of previous tenants. We had fun and made good memories there.

We love the real beach vibe. Surfside is it. You can drive out on the city beach in a 1/2 mile or the county beach in a mile or you can walk across the road and 300 yards and be on the beach from this house. We prefer the county beach because we drive right up to our spot and just unload everything. We parked our truck under the house inside the gate and let our dog run in the yard. Our daughters had there own room to chill in. We hardly ever seen them unless we were on the beach. House cleaning did a great job just was a little late to get there so we could get in. We didn’t mind getting the towels out of the dryer to get in on time. Everything was there plus water toys, canopy, and plenty of propane for the grill. We always make a HEB run for there pre-made dinners and the fridge worked great. I read a lot of reviews on this place most were good some were complainers, if you want a 5 star somebody to wait on you hotel go somewhere else. This is a family very nice and modern 5 star house that’s been used. That’s not us we loved it. It was great.

Overall it was a nice stay. We don’t expect something the ritz when paying what we did. For what we paid, it was nice. Toilets did not flush well. Refrigerator didn’t seem to be as cold as it needed to be. Floors were absolutely filthy. We could not walk around barefoot in the home without our feet turning BLACK! Made us not want our kids to be playing on the floor.

The home was a great layout and in good repair. Great little house for the week! No hand soap. Also it is a short walk to the beach but just know that it is on the west side of the main highway so you have to cross that to get to the beach.

We loved staying at the house named Sunset Bay. It was roomy and clean. The access to the beach was just across the way. The fence around the driveway gave us great privacy. The view on the front deck was gorgeous with the morning sunrise. The price was affordable for my family and my brother’s family. I highly recommend this property. Just remember to bring your mosquito repellent!!!!

We had 4 moms and 3 teenage girls staying in the house and the layout of the house made it so fun. The house is super cute and it looked like it was recently updated. The girls were able to all sleep in the bunk bed room together and the location is walkable to the beach. We definitely made some lasting memories that weekend and in the house.

Everything was fantastic, one of the last tenants dump charcoal in the yard. The beach was a very short distance away. The beach is driveable.

The property was nice. It was clean. I wish there were extra tp and paper towels but because we read reviews we brought extra. Plenty of towels was a great plus. The internet went down a couple of times but the property owner was quick to respond. The technician came out 1 day to fix which was only a “band aid” then he came out and replaced the whole system which did the trick.
Overal the communication with the owner was good.
The place was clean.
Would consider staying again if I was in the area.

I came across the property while searching for a weekend getaway as a nice fit for my family reunion. It has 3 rooms and my 2 daughters and their families seem to fit in well. 6 adults and 2 kids under the age of 6. Location is also good near the beach. The property itself looks clean in the photos. The rooms look ok too. After spending 3 days and 2 nights there , several areas need attention includes there is no liquid soap refills all through the property. Common supplies like paper towels is completely absent. There are kitchen cloths instead but they look stained. Some of the cooking pans look so old and scratched. Some of the hand and bath towels also look stained even though they have been laundered. Overall, the experience was ok because it is so close to the beach and you can bring small pets. But I wouldn’t fit 6 adults and 2 kids in this property.

Thank you for letting us stay! The house was just the right size for us and our in-laws. Towels/bedding/kitchen supplies/grill - all the necessities we needed. The beach access is just down the street and you can purchase a beach pass at the entrance. Note - it is a one way street on the beach with parking only on the dune side. PD was out enforcing and we say someone actually get a ticket. Beach was clean and water was clear since the waves were calm. There are two restaurants on the beach nearby that have nice patio options and good food. Small grocery store down the highway as well that has most of the basics. We enjoyed our visit and will be back!

Pros: Home was as shown in photos, overall well maintained, 5 minute walk from private beach access, 5 minute drive from public beach access. Nice deck seating
Cons: Didn't receive access information to home on check-in day and had a hard time reaching owner. Almost had to find a hotel nearby which was not ideal at all. No extra blankets or wash cloths. Internet was in/out. Cleanliness of the sofa, bed linens, kitchen utensils

Great stay
Everything was great ! The location was very close to the beach , the house was very clean and everything the house had was very useful and convenient. Did had a small issue when we just got there we didn’t have the key code and we waited almost an hour to get a response from the host but overall it was a great stay .

I liked where it was located. My family enjoyed it. It was not clean when we got there. Food left in refrigerator and cabinet. Dishes were chipped.
Even with all of that, I decided to put aside and enjoy myself.

This beach house was so lovely. We enjoyed everything but the stairs. We are getting too old for stairs. It was very nice, plenty of towels, lots of beds, kitchen well supplied. The decks were great!

The home is cute and would be lovely in warmer weather. We enjoyed the fireplace though. Showers were too cool, but that is probably fine when the weather is good.

Nice clean place, close to everything
Very clean and well supplied. The fenced yard was great for my dogs and one of the main reasons we chose this place. Had to message owner once and was her response was very quick. Although not right on the beach, loved sitting on the deck and enjoyed the sunsets.

Great Spot!
The house was adorable and extremely easy to find. We had everything we needed and the owner was readily available for my questions and when I needed help. We had a hiccup with the AC not working but luckily the weather was cool enough to open the windows and feel okay. The property owner was able to get an AC repairman out within a couple of hours and he fixed the problem quickly. Highly recommend this house and had great attention from the owner!!

We had a small mixup in our reservation but the owner was very helpful and understanding. She helped us as we sorted out the mix up which was our fault and not her’s. The house was just as advertised.
