Very convenient and prop management is very responsive which is great. But, we found the listing initially as a cabin which this site is not. Didnt find out until after booked. We would have likely gone with hotel had we known the arrangement up front. The amenity hours leave a lot to be desired.
That said very comfortable, convenient and a nice visitor community in one of the (my opinion) best Tahoe neighborhoods.

Clean but slightly worn and shabby. Carpet needs to be replaced, blankets and sheets and comforter needs to be replaced. Kitchen towel were clean but stained.

Great location, everything we needed was in the home or close by. We got bears at our front door! I would've loved to experience the clubhouse but they were not open Sunday fyi, and we are early risers and the pool is also not open until 10am just keep in mind.

We loved the location of this townhome. We walked to the beach every afternoon carrying our stand up paddle board and chairs. The location was so close to everything and for this reason we would stay here again in the summer. The kitchen was updated and pretty big for the overall size of the townhome. Like other reviewers have said the bed was just okay and the sheets were old and need replaced. The towels were also pretty small. Management company was easy to deal with and responsive. We enjoyed the back deck and lack of neighbors and sitting out there to enjoy our morning coffee.

Perfect temporary home for our family vacation

Location of condo is amazing. 1/4 mile from the public beach at Carnelian Bay. 7-11 and miniature golf were very close, too. Neighborhood perfect for walks, and there are some decent hiking trails. Short drives to Tahoe City and King's Beach. First time staying on the north end, and we loved it.
Amenities were pretty nice. Beds were comfortable and there was enough seating for the 5 of us. Kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies, although there was a shortage of paper towels and trash bags.
Having a washer and dryer in the unit was great...especially considering that my son and I had to head to a week-long camp trip the day after we checked out of this unit. Having clean laundry really helped with the transition. Parking was great...plenty of room. Support from property manager was good with the couple questions we had.
Carpet needs another round of cleaning or possibly replacing. I would suggest investing in luxury vinyl tile. Also, pain/clean/replace trim in the house and clean up the walls. Lots of scrapes and scuffs. New trim with fresh paint would go a really long way.
For the price we paid, this was a great spot. Close to the water, which is all that really matters. Beds were comfy, and we were really happy with our stay. Would recommend to anyone who is budget minded and not expecting a luxury/high-end condo.

Great location (walking distance to public beach at Waterman's Landing), clear instructions for finding condo and entry into accommodation. Property was clean and appeared as pictured. We were a little bothered by how often First Accommodation reached out to us about our stay and asked for a reply. For example, they sent us an email asking to know when we would be checking in and out of the apartment, as though we had already overstayed our welcome. For the price of the accommodation, it would have been nice to have a bit of trust that we would follow the rules and expectations.

We enjoyed the cozy location. The tv had captions turned on and wouldn't turn off half the screen of lot. We were unable to fix it. The Tv definitely could use some updating. Our humble opinion for the $400 a night the place could use a new mattress, with updated sheets and pillows. There was a blood stain on the sheets. The bowls need some more that match and don't feel like dog bowls. The Hoa didn't clear the parking lot for 2 days. Couple of feet of snow was fun to move around in. The place could use a snow shovel to clear the walkways and car in the parking lot.

So to start with the good—it was fine and easy to get in. Parking was easy too since we had no snow. The many updates from first accommodations were helpful.
It was smaller than it looked like but the loft was great. If we would have taken a fifth person as originally planned where would this person sleep? If it is on the bench in the master bedroom it has to be a child, so good to put that in the description.
The bed in the master bedroom needs replaced. We had to prop up the headboard with the pillows so it would not bang to the wall. The sleeping pillows were old and stale. The electric blanket is unnecessary and uncomfortable and the mattress is saggy.
The furnace needs to be surfaced— it makes an awful lot of noise when it comes on.
I called for the fireplace if we could use it. The answer was yes but beware for smoke coming in. We bought-quite expensive- wood only to figure out that there is no upward draft. This was a main attraction from the advertisement so a big disappointment and should also be noted. It may need to be checked because it really should not be used until it can pull the smoke out.
Two small towels for kitchen use is not enough. We ended up washing them 3 times. At the very least some dishcloth would.
There is no recycling on site. With the ski resorts going zero we ended up dragging recycling with us. This may be a housing complex issue.
Several lamps are not functioning. The worse is the one above the washer— I needed to use my phone light to read the instructions.
The remote of the tv is a bear. Check.
In all for the price we paid we would have expected more. It turns out we could have been more comfortable at other places closer to resorts, and cheaper. Sorry but this was not a good experience, and it feels like the owners just cut corners.

This was a perfect place for our family of 4. We loved the loft with twin beds. We walked to the lake (it’s very close). The condo came with lawn chairs for us to use. It was perfect for what we wanted. Would definitely rent again.

Great property for the price. Close to restaurants and short drive distance to local attractions. Property has a full size kitchen with all needed to cook and serve meals. Property has one TV with minimal channels, no air conditioning and master bedroom could use a new mattress. Overall, we would rent the property again and the three of us were comfortable and satisfied during our stay.

Overall, I was very pleased with this stay. The location is fantastic - about a 5 minute walk down to Lake Tahoe and right in the middle of a bunch of cute little towns. The swimming pool was huge and super nice. The condo size was okay for my family of 5 but would be tight for families with bigger kids.
Complaints:
1. The microwave did not work at all.
2. Zero channels on the tv worked. Not a huge deal as we didn't plan on spending our time watching tv but would've been nice to have at least something to watch at night when the kids went to bed.
3. We had issues getting the ac to run consistently so the loft got super warm at night. When the dryer or dishwasher were running, the entire place was very warm.
I would stay here again as these three things are not gamechangers for my family or me.

Working with this rental company was a breeze as they were very communicative and helpful from the beginning all the way through check out. The home itself was well-stocked, clean, and a lovely home away from home. Our only complaint was that the bed in the main bedroom was a bit hard and small. But we would definitely stay here again!

Our family loved this cute little loft apartment for our annual family vacation. It was close to all the hiking trails. Beaches and favourite sandwich shops plus mini gold and the water front blaring restaurant Gars with delicious food. Everything was super easy. Apt could be a little more modern with a newer TV and upgraded mattresses. However that did not bother us. The kitchen is super nice and new and the porch very homey in nature. It’s nice to have the porch to yourself there are not any neighbours in visas sign from the back porch. Fire place was great and kept the house warm. Pro tip, bring your own kitchen knives and coffee press. Only the basics are provided. We loved the available laundry machine for dirty hiking clothing. We would stay here again!!

Beaches and favourite sandwich shops plus mini gold and the water front blaring restaurant Gars with delicious food. Everything was super easy. Apt could be a little more modern with a newer TV and upgraded mattresses. However that did not bother us. The kitchen is super nice and new and the porch very homey in nature. It’s nice to have the porch to yourself there are not any neighbours in visas sign from the back porch. Fire place was great and kept the house warm.
