Evitare gli ascensori e parcheggiare sullo stesso piano dell'appartamento !! Abbiamo anche una serratura per porte senza chiave, quindi non devi tenere il passo con le chiavi durante il soggiorno! Si può godere una vista spettacolare sul Golfo dal balcone o attraverso le finestre dal pavimento al soffitto nel soggiorno e camera da letto principale. Con oltre 1.750 piedi quadrati l'unità è molto spaziosa, appena arredata e nuova per il mercato del noleggio !!

We loved our condo! Our only complaint is that it wasn't as clean as we would have expected. Floors were very dirty, mold in showers and sink. Maybe just a little more attention to detail, otherwise a wonderful stay.

We had a good stay and the location was the best. Great beach and great view. The rental was not as nice as the photos and there was sand in the rooms and in the dresser drawers. The two walk in showers had mold. The only interaction with mgmt was getting the parking passes which became available at 4:30pm and no one was at the desk for a good 10 minutes with several people waiting.

We specifically were looking for a 3 bed / 3 bath condo and this one was in the area we really enjoy being. It was our first time staying in a Phoenix and the kids loved the lazy river and slide but also loved how close the beach was which made it easy to go back and forth. As far as the condo it was great with the exception of cleanliness. The kitchen table had dried food and crumbs, the floors made our feet black within minutes and there was mold in the master bath and shower. There was a vacuum on the property but it didn’t work and the floor was so disgusting I immediately bought a mop. Whoever cleans this condo needs to go .. I didn’t pay to clean on my vacation. Otherwise everything as expected and we enjoyed our time.

Within 30 minutes of being inside the condo, our feet were completely black. The condo is in major need of a deep clean. The master shower wasn't cleaned at all prior to our stay, judging by the unsettling amount of different hair on the walls and door. We went out first thing in the morning and purchased bleach cleaner to wipe down the bathrooms and kitchen. There is a lot of dust on the lights and utility doors as well. Plenty of cooking supplies, but they were all thrown into one or two cabinets and we had to dig through them to find what we needed. Better organization in the kitchen would be nice since several cabinets were completely empty. Other than the cleanliness, the condo is in a great location. Being on the same level as the parking garage and right by the elevators made it convenient with two small children. The beach and pool view was nice too! The condo itself is conveniently located to several grocery stores, restaurants, and attractions.The property was nice ammenity wise. Wearing the wristbands at the pool was slightly annoying. The indoor pool and hot tubs also closed one day when it was storming, so be prepared to go out or spend the day in the room and not at the indoor facilities.Overall, we would recommend this condo and stay here again, in hopes that the cleanliness was a one off and that it can be easily remedied.

Overall we were very happy with our stay. There were some cleanliness concerns that we noticed. Bedspreads need to be cleaned or replaced. Floors left bottoms of feet and socks very dirty indicating they had not been mopped.

We arrived a little before 6:00 pm, I went into lobby to check in, the girl at the front desk said she was closed after she took the lady in front of me. So I asked what do I do about a parking pass? She said come back in the morning. Which I found rude because it was not even 6pm yet and the office didn't close until 6. The room was very nicely decorated beds were comfortable, but the floors were dirty sand all over, I know we are at the beach but we had just arrived so the sand was not from us. The ice maker did not work so we were a little disappointed. We have stayed at this location before and love the ice makers in the condos. I did call the manager and he offered to come and take care of it the next day. The kitchen was fully stocked, loved the sofa!!! Over all would definitely book this unit again. Weather was beautiful the whole week we were there. Thanks again, The Rivet's

This rental was just as described. Being able to park on the same floor was a huge bonus and the view from the patio was amazing! They had plenty of amenities to keep everyone in the family entertained. Grocery stores and shops were In walking distance. The only reason it’s not a 5 star rating was because it could’ve been cleaner. We found chips, empty water bottles and gummy bears on the floor and the bedspread was visibly dirty. Overall a great place, just needed a little TLC.

This condo is a nice place with easy access to parking on the 7th floor. My only complaint would be cleanliness, specifically the floors. It would’ve helped to have a good mop and bucket in the condo to use since the floors were pretty dirty to begin with. Overall, a nice place and the manager was very nice and helpful.

We enjoyed the condo and all the amenities. It was so convenient to park on the same floor as the condo. The only negative is cigarette smoke from other condos while trying to enjoy the balcony. We had a great time.

We ended up having to leave the door open a crack (which turns the air off!) But it was better to sleep hot than try to tune out the very loud noise. We never heard it again thank goodness. Awesome Experience
The condo was just like the pictures. Kitchen had just about everything you would need, including casserole dishes and baking pans. It's closed to stores and things to do if you have a rainy day or two (and we did). 2 year old grandson loved the water slide and we enjoyed the lazy river. Check in and check out was a breeze, Property manager was proactive in contacting us before we got there to alert us to a potential air conditioning issue, but it was fixed by the time we arrived. We would definitely come back here.

The condo was as advertised, maybe even better. Our family had a great time. The facility was updated clean and family friendly. The waters edge was close to the building and the indoor pool was great for toddlers. The condo was also very handicap accessible and parking was convenient. Security was not very helpful.

I believe these items should be a stocked necessity and not a requirement for the renter to buy. The floors didn't seem very clean when we showed up, but we quickly learned that the sand travels through the air. Ha. We just kept sweeping, but would suggest you wear house shoes around. We also could not get into the Condo until 4:30PM. Our flights all got moved (out of our control) and we arrived at 10AM. There was no place for all of our luggage to be kept safe. It was very hard to get anywhere with 6 people and everyone's luggage. We didn't expect to get into our room at 10 AM but earlier would have been nice or a place for safe keeping of our items, like we have used at other areas/resorts. Again, the condo itself was very nice and decorated perfectly for a beach vacay.

The unit is very nice, just as pictured. It was perfect for 3 couples. Our only complaint is they have no basic things such as salt & pepper, foil, plastic wrap, dish soap, coffee filters. You have to buy all things for you stay.

We were absolutely amazed with this rental. We had 4 adults and 4 kids (8-12) and there was plenty of room. The cleanliness upon arrival was great and the condo had all the amenities (plates, glasses, silverware, coffee pot with k-cup, under counter ice maker, etc…). The view was amazing too and we saw pods of dolphins from the balcony daily. The location of the condo was great, it was close to any store that you may need. The parking structure had a 7’ 8” height allowance and 7th floor access right to the condo . That made it so easy to load and unload my truck. Overall it was the perfect spot to spend the week and we will definitely rent this unit again!

This condo was amazing. Very spacious, right on the gulf, great views! Saw dolphins every morning. Grocery stores right across the street. We lost wifi one day called the service number back up and running in 10 minutes. We loved the ice maker in the wet bar! Everything about this from booking, to communication, checking in, checking out was all so seamless and easy just the way it should be. The beds were comfortable. We had 6 people all adults and never were in each others way. I'd rent again for sure!

Very long drive for us! We got to the condo after hours but was able to get into the condo with our own access code. Condo was spacious and view was stunning! All the cooking utensils you will need available. Beach front master bath shower was dirty I had to clean it before we could shower ( removing someone’s used bar of soap and hair off the wall ). This is due to cleaning service not the owner. The owner was very responsive to my messages and helpful. You have an amazing place sir I would definitely reach out to the cleaning crew however to make sure they are properly maintaining your condo.

Property was clean and very spacious. Appreciated the 3 bathrooms and the full size washer and dryer. View was wonderful and loved the pool and lazy river for the grandkids. We would have appreciated more cleaning supplies there - window cleaner and a broom and dustpan. There was only a vacuum cleaner, but that's the only "negative" I have to say about it. Would definitely book it again.
