Such a beautiful and clean property. The amenities were perfect and the staff so helpful. Gorgeous view. Would definitely come back.

Location great. 5 min taxi into downtown. Beach outside resort rough - not suitable for small children. Pools and grounds well maintained, clean and staff ever helpful. Resort is nearly 20 years old and the services are needing some serious attention. Of the 5 days we were there, we were only able to have one hot shower. Calls to reception/maintenance just confirmed that it’s a resort-wide problem which was not helpful. We also endured 3 days of jackhammering noise from the apartment next door where we couldn’t spend time inside during the day. Outside, being the low season meant that other repairs were being undertaken around the pool areas - lots of tile grinding noise, jackhammering etc. Unit 1405 has good views from the fourth floor to the beach and looked like the photos provided. Shower in 2nd bedroom didn’t work properly, and handle to powder room fell off, so couldn’t use the room. Furniture and interiors etc are dated, well-used, could use an upgrade. Villa is large, lots of room for 4 adults, linens and beds comfortable and cleaning service was v good. Would probably choose an upgraded villa next time, and not go during the low season when repairs are being undertaken.

You can't go wrong with the location or the accomdendations. Everthing is top notich. If you arecoming to Cabo book this Villa. You wont be disapointed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this perfect 2 bedroom condo in Villa la Estancia. It is the perfect location - only a 5 minute cab ride (or walkable if necessary) to the Marina with restaurants and shops. The condo was well appointed and clean. And the view was amazing! The balcony is huge and has a perfect view of El Arco. The beds were also super comfortable.

This condo was a perfect spot in the resort, great view and centrally located. It was very clean and just as advertised. For future guests, there is Nothing left over from prior guests, in the kitchen. You will have to buy everything. I would love for the condo to add some literature as to what the resort has available-the Market, the restaurants with hours and menus, etc.

Great stay @ Villa la Estancia. Location was perfect / property is near the action - (1 mile) yet with down a beach road that provides peace and quiet on the resort property to relax and unwind.

We really enjoyed this property. First off, it's in a very secure development of properties and I think this is the nicest. There is a market, deli and some small shops just a 5 minute walk from the unit. We took advantage of that daily! The condo itself was very clean, fantastic patio space....3 areas to hang out that ran the length of the unit, show stopper view and despite the density of the development, it still felt private. Great floorplan for families or couples. We had a 2 year and 5 year old...just needed to walk them on the balcony since the railing could be climbed on. Only slight negative was the unit didn't have dish soap, dishwasher pods or garbage bags....but easy fix at the market. For the price, location and unit, we were very happy with this property and would stay there again without hesitation.

Would absolutely stay again and recommend to others.

The condo was clean with a great view and we spent most of our time on the patio. Don was very quick to respond to emails and help resolve any issues we encountered. Restaurants on the villa properties are pretty good but there are better options throughout Cabo. Great place to relax!

The property was great the the unit was ideal. Only complaint was that the kitchen sink wasn't working and we weren't notified in advance and no effort to fix this while we were in residence. Otherwise the unit was perfect. Very clean, well appointed and the view was awesome.
