We had the most wonderful time at this property and never wanted to leave. Everything was perfect, the location is amazing, across the street from the beach, but in a secluded jungle enclave, the pool is perfect, the security at the gate were so pleasant, the property manager was very nice and the house keeper was the best. It’s centrally located to a lot of shopping centers, the marina, the water park, lots of great food options. Especially if you have kids, the PV Food Park next door is invaluable. It has an outdoor play place for kids and lots of good food options for kids and adults. We stayed here for a month, and the entire trip couldn’t have been better. Im counting down the days until we can return. The only complaint is the beds were super hard, I ended up buying a new bed at Costco for about $500 USD and was able to resell it for $250 USD before we left. But in my experience it seems common for beds to be hard in Mexico, even at nice resorts. $250 extra for a comfy bed while we were there felt like it was totally worth it. And when we come back I’ll probably do the same thing again. Thanks so much for the amazing stay, I can’t wait to come back!

Lovely updated condo in older complex, very convenient and close to everything we needed. Uber available to get us around too! Process for check in and contact with the owner was speedy if we had any questions. Overall great experience. Only one thing: We would return if a unit closer to the ground level was available. A bit of a challenge to climb 4 flights of stairs! Otherwise five stars!

Everything was very good, beautiful very green aria, quiet and clean condominium. 10 minutes to the nearest beach, lots of restaurants nearby, 10 minutes by car to the city centre. Thanks, we enjoyed our stay here.

This property is amazingly well designed. We felt like we were in a botanical garden! Just walking along the paths between the condo towers was beautiful! The pools were great and in a relaxing environment. This unit was so inviting and decorated well. No issues of any kind. We usually used a taxi to go downtown as we had no wifi once we were off of the property to call an Uber, however Uber was an option for those that have access. Walked to the public beach access in 10 minutes. Easily got our Covid tests for re-entry at a nearby laboratorio listed on PV's travel site. Loved our stay!

This was a great place to spend our winter get-away. The condo has a youthful beach cottage feel which we enjoyed. Veronica was able to answer any questions we had and made recommendations of restaurants to try in the neighborhood. The condo has a well equipped kitchen and a good grocery store near by which made it easy to prepare meals at home when we wanted. Towels and sheets were plentiful and good quality. Bedrooms are spacious and the hammocks were a nice touch. The best thing about this condo is the location. There is a bus stop and taxi stand outside the gates so it was quick and easy to get to the old town or to the marina. There are two malls, many restaurants and a yoga studio within walking distance. There are beach chairs and an umbrella in the condo and we enjoyed heading to the beach for the afternoon or to watch the sunset (about a 15 minute walk)

Marbella Condos feels like you are in a well groomed jungle which creates privacy and quietness. Things I look for on holiday. The pool is not overcrowded. You will not be catered to here but if you ask they will provide with friendly service. Our condo was clean and spacious for my family of four. Fans in every room and ac in the bedrooms. Beds are more on the firm side but comfortable. Kitchen is stacked with almost everything you need. There is tiny ants running around so we kept counters clean and they mostly stayed away. Beach is about a 15min walk. You need to go around La Isle shopping village as the all inclusive’s will NOT let you cut through their resorts! The condo is a great location - close to the food truck park and two malls. I would stay here again.
