Il nostro appartamento è perfettamente situato al 5 ° piano direttamente affacciato sul fiume Lazy e scivoli d'acqua a Phoenix Orange Beach con incredibili viste panoramiche sul Golfo !! Evitare gli ascensori e parcheggiare sullo stesso piano dell'appartamento !! Abbiamo anche una serratura per porte senza chiave in modo da non dover tenere il passo con le chiavi durante il soggiorno! Si può godere una vista spettacolare del Golfo dal balcone o attraverso le finestre dal pavimento al soffitto nell'unità. Con oltre 1.980 piedi quadrati l'unità è molto spaziosa, recentemente ammobiliata e nuova al mercato locativo !!
I servizi sono abbondanti in questo condominio Phoenix Orange Beach: l'unità è dotata di elettrodomestici full-size, wet bar con ice maker, cucina con elettrodomestici di lusso più una caffettiera Cuisinart, Keurig e Lenox China, 65 "HDTV a schermo piatto nel soggiorno e uno schermo piatto 55 "HDTV nel master e 2a camera da letto e 55" Smart TV nella 3a e 4a camere da letto, lavanderia con lavatrice full size e asciugatrice. C'è un letto King nel Master, un re nella seconda camera da letto, due letti queen nella terza e quarta camera da letto per dormire fino a 12.
C'è una splendida piscina all'aperto a ingresso zero con uno scivolo d'acqua che si collega a un fiume lento, una piscina interna riscaldata, due grandi vasche idromassaggio, un centro fitness all'avanguardia con vista sul Golfo, griglie per barbecue e un campo da tennis al 10 ° piano.

This condo is every bit as beautiful as the photos! We traveled with another family, and there was plenty of room for all eight of us (four adults and four kids) without ever feeling cramped. Being in an end unit was a huge highlight—the floor-to-ceiling windows provided stunning, panoramic views. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the unit itself was very spacious. Outside, the lazy river was amazing, and you are just steps from the beach. Everything was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

THE location and the beach view were great! The deck was big and safe, however there were only two comfortable chairs available for eight adults. The other chairs on the deck were for the pinic table and they were not comfortable. I would recommend future guest bring some comfortable portable camping chairs. The inside of the unit was beautiful, but it was not clean.Our small kids feet were black from the tile floor.A deep cleaning of the whole unit would help impress future renters. We found mold in the ice maker at the wet bar.The kitchen was nice but the pots and pans need to upgraded. All the non-stick surface was wore off.The staff of the unit were great. A Maintence worker came up to our room at 11:30 PM to unlock our bathroom door that accidenty locked.All recommendations are made in the hopes your future renter will have even a better stay !

The condo was nice and very conveniently located. It was spacious enough for our party of 6 adults. The only issue we had was towels, we had enough for the first few nights, but when we tried to wash them the washer was out of balance and wouldn’t wash them. We swapped them out with housekeeping, which was an easy remedy. Would stay here again.
