Il nostro condominio è perfettamente situato al 6 ° piano direttamente affacciato sul fiume Lazy a Phoenix Orange Beach con incredibili viste panoramiche sul Golfo !! Evitare gli ascensori e parcheggiare sullo stesso piano dell'appartamento !! Abbiamo anche una serratura per porte senza chiave, quindi non devi tenere il passo con le chiavi durante il soggiorno! Si può godere una vista spettacolare sul Golfo dal balcone o attraverso le finestre dal pavimento al soffitto nel soggiorno e camera da letto principale. Con oltre 1.750 piedi quadrati l'unità è molto spaziosa, appena arredata e nuova per il mercato del noleggio !!

We really enjoyed the condo at Phoenix in Orange Beach. I do wish the pool area was better for littles. Security seemed to take their job serious which is always a plus. We did notice that our floors in the condo we were in were not clean. My child’s feet were extremely dirty after being there for 30 mins. Everything else seemed pretty clean. The size of the condo was perfect for 3 families but we probably wouldn’t stay here again due to the pool area.

Overall, good rental experience. Had some cleanliness concerns at checkin with the master bed linens. Many peices of hair and hot pink toe nail trimmings found in "clean" sheets. Contacted property manager and got a call back within 2 hours. Someone brought me clean set of king sheets that afternoon, no king blanket was delivered, and no one offered to remake the bed or take the dirty linens. I had to strip the soiled linens myself, remake the bed with clean sheets, and wash the blanket my first evening there before i could go to bed. Manager did offer to refund my cleaning fee of $265 for my troubles. I also found many hairs on all bath towels and face clothes. I ended up washing all the bath towels on second day. A clean king blanet was delivered to me on day 3 of my stay and no one ever collected the soiled linens. Manager did offer to have someone picked up on day 3, but i was not in the condo to put the dirty linens by the door the time the cleaners stopped by.
Otherwise, the unit was clean and as advertised. Clean kitchen, shower/tubs, floors, ect. I hate that my experience involved the cleanliness issue of linens or i would have rated 5/5 for all areas.
Property has excellent amenities and well maintained. Close proximity to food, groceries, shopping.

4 adults, 2 teenagers, and a child stayed in this condo. It was immaculate. The furnishings were so well made and beautiful and the condo itself was spacious. We felt like we were staying in luxury. The location was perfect with many restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping across the street in walking distance. Basic necessities were provided. Parking on the same floor as the room was such a great convenience. I am positive this will not be the last time we visit this condo at Phoenix Orange Beach!

Beautiful condo that had everything we needed for our stay. Having an ice machine was great! The disposal was not working when we checked in - I reported it, and it was replaced within hours.

Great location. Very nice condo. Electric outlets hard to locate in the bedroom with two beds. Hard to plug in sleep devices. Beds in that room were extremely soft. Garbage disposal did not work. AC worked great. Balcony very nice size.

We loved our stay here! The condo was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated, not to mention conveniently located on one of the lower floors (6th) of the property. Between the beach, lazy river, and splash pad, there was no shortage of things to keep our toddler busy. Definitely one of our better stays in the OB area!

We absolutely loved the condo and the location. The staff were all friendly. The lazy river was fun. The beach access was great! We would not hesitate booking this same unit in the future.

The location is awesome! You have amazing views of the beach, sunrise, and sunset. The unit has plenty of room for everyone to relax.
Couple of issues while there-
The stove was not operating properly, we made contact with the office and they sent someone out to repair.
One of the lounge chairs on the deck was broken. The head piece is not able to be raised. I researched reviews and someone had mentioned this in August of this year. While speaking to the office I mentioned this-hopefully they will get it taken care of!
Overall, this is a great place, in a great location.

The Condo was very clean, decorated very tastefully and kitchen had the supplies as needed for us.
Having 3 separate bedrooms and bathrooms was great. One of the king beds didn’t have a mattress pad and didn’t like that.
The ice machine was a great extra applicance provided. The patio was very nicely setup too for 6 guest. However one of the lounge chair was broken. Overall we were all very happy with this condo.

The condo was beautifully decorated, spacious, and had very easy access to the parking garage on the same floor. Security was very good and our overall stay for the week was fabulous!

We had a wonderful week on the Gulf coast staying at Phoenix Orange Beach. The lazy River was a hit as well as the indoor pool. The condo was beautifully decorated, spacious, and had very easy access to the parking garage on the same floor. Security was very good and our overall stay for the week was fabulous!

Six of us stayed in this condo. It was very clean and roomy. The beds were very comfortable and the location was great. The only complaint was that the windows in the second and third bedroom face the hall and a lot of light gets through at night. Other than that, we really enjoyed the stay!!

This is the first place we have stayed in the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area that had overflow parking. Two parking passes are not enough for three families with kids! Lazy river, water slide and indoor pool were great for all ages, 6 mos to Grandpa! Condo had everything we needed. Had a great time!

Ladies Beach Trip
Six of us stayed in this condo. It was very clean and roomy. The beds were very comfortable and the location was great. The only complaint was that the windows in the second and third bedroom face the hall and a lot of light gets through at night. Other than that, we really enjoyed the stay!!
