Waterfront House with Private Beach
Questa casa con 4 camere da letto e 2 bagni è il luogo ideale per una vacanza in famiglia. La quarta camera da letto sopra il garage ha un letto full size e divano letto. Contiene una TV con DVD di molti film famosi. La casa è abilitata al wifi ma la ricezione della cella è debole. A volte una benedizione! La spiaggia privata di sabbia è il luogo ideale per giocare o rilassarsi in una bella giornata estiva. Salta giù dal trampolino, guadare nel fiume o prendere una delle 2 canoe per un'avventura. Per gli appassionati di nautica abbiamo un molo sicuro. Il fiume Squam conduce direttamente al lago Little Squam e quindi a Big Squam per una giornata in acqua. Il lungo vialetto è pavimentato e perfetto per biciclette e trike per i più piccoli. Gli ampi giardini offrono ulteriore spazio per i giochi all'aperto o per sparare ai cerchi nel vialetto. Il grande portico avvolgente è il luogo ideale per godersi il panorama o per cenare all'aperto in famiglia.

We stayed at Dave’s house for two weeks in August 2021. The location is great, water is warm, house is fully equipped.
Fishing is excellent. Ping pong table in the garage was perfect for a rainy day.
There are a lot of things to do nearby. White Mountains is a short drive away.
Dave was a great host. He answered my questions promptly before and during our stay.

This was our 2nd year staying at Dave's lake house. The house is very conducive to a family stay with 4 separate sleeping areas, including a large bedroom/bonus room above the garage that is separate from but connected to the rest of the house. He replaced the deck this year with a beautiful, wrap around deck that overlooks the water. The sandy beach and shallow entrance is perfect for the kids to swim and build sand castles, and the location is very private with the only abutting neighbor not present for the two different weeks we've stayed in July. Access to little and big Squam lakes by boat is easy and convenient. We had some issues with the trash not being picked up, and Dave was very responsive to make sure it was not an issue. He provides all the toys you'd need to have a great time from a ping pong table to canoes, a basketball hoop, wiffle ball bats/balls, fishing poles. Worth a look if you are looking for something in this great area of NH for a small/medium sized family.

This is a nice house to stay in. It was clean and has a nice kitchen with everything we needed to prepare a meal. The upstairs room over the garage was great for watching movies. Good location. Its on the river so it takes about 10 minutes to get out to Little Squam but its nice & quite there. Fishing was really great near Potato Island on Big Squam and there was an abundant number of small fish off the dock. Fishing bait was close to the house, just down the road. The house has a nice sandy beach plus the public beach is within walking distance. We would definitely consider staying here again. Thank you to the Sharkeys for sharing your lovely house with us. We had a great time.
