First, Jim was a fantastic host. He communicated very well and made us feel confident that the trip would be great. Upon arrival, the house was perfect. Very well stocked and matched the description perfectly. Thank you for a fantastic trip.

Wonderful, friendly host family. Great communication. Family friendly space. Cupboard fronts, door knobs, and under beds were very dirty. Had to clean a little before family arrived. Home was otherwise very welcoming and well equipped.Suggest updating back porch view for accuracy.Wonderful yard. Way more space than we expected!

The Hamilton was very clean and came with some extras in the kitchen. It’s a spacious property - lots of areas to relax with friends / family. Jim was fantastic with staying in touch and making sure we were checked in and secure . This is a very comfortable and spacious beach house - we will be back to stay again!
