Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Came up for a special event and had an amazing stay! The management staff was professional, responsive and very helpful. The condo was beautifully renovated, well appointed and immaculate - I couldn't find a speck of dust or anything out of place if I tried! I wish I could move into the Water Street Inn and live here forever! I will be coming back as much as I can and definately using Northern Michigan Escapes for future rentals in the area.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this resort several times and love it but this unit does not reflect the Water Street image and should not charge full price. The bed was comfortable and the view was amazing but the carpet is stained and the wallpaper is peeling off.
