Situato a soli 4 isolati dalla Elk Avenue Orso Occidente vi offre un ambiente tranquillo per tornare a casa, ma si mantiene in prossimità del battito del cuore di una città meravigliosa. Parcheggiare l'auto, perché a Bear Occidente si sono solo a piedi o in bicicletta lontano da ristoranti, negozi, il cinema e l'avventura. Durante l'inverno il servizio navetta gratuito a mt città Crested Butte e lo sci è a soli 4 isolati di distanza.
Orso Occidente dispone di tre camere da letto al piano principale. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size con bagno completo. La seconda e la terza camera da letto contengono letti queen size. Piumini su tutti questi letti vi terrà bella e tostato. Orso Occidente dispone di una soleggiata primo piano camera familiare con un televisore che lo rende un buon posto per rilassarsi. La lavanderia ha una lavatrice piena di dimensioni e asciugatrice.
Il 2 ° piano dispone di un ampio soggiorno con cucina assolutamente stupendo completamente attrezzata per cucinare e divertente. L'alto soffitto nel soggiorno ti dà una sensazione di apertura. L'arredamento occidentale è pieno di accenti divertenti e una grande pelle sezione per rilassarsi. Passaggio al di fuori sul ponte di un grill barbecue a gas e sedie Adirondack. C'è un loft fuori dalla zona soggiorno con due letti singoli. Un mezzo bagno ospita il 2 ° piano.
Il cortile con un paesaggio ben curato è curato personalmente dai gestori. In estate fiori fiorire! Il cortile non è recintata.

Beautiful, well kept home with a nice open layout on the middle floor. We liked that the kitchen was well stocked and that made cooking easy. I also enjoyed the trail that is just a block away for walking the dogs. It was great that the town shuttle bus that takes you to the mountain for skiing was only a short 4 block walk. Host was very attentive and helpful. It was great vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bear West. One week before our stay at Bear West, we attempted to stay at a VRBO property in Vail. The furnishings in the Vail property we’re old and dilapidated and did not match the photos for it on VRBO. The Vail condo was so bad that we left the day after we arrived. However, we were thrilled to see that Bear West looked exactly like the photos on VRBO! The furnishings and appliances are top notch. The mattresses and linens were super comfortable. The house was extremely clean. Everything from the washer and dryer to the dishwasher worked well. The location was incredible as the home was only 3 blocks away from Elk Avenue. We had hoped to stay in Bear West again in the summer of 2023, but alas someone else had already reserved it. Hopefully, someday, we will be able to stay in Bear West again!

This beautiful home suited us perfectly It was on a quiet end of town surrounded by the most beautiful scenery, yet a short walk to town, restaurants, shops and fun. The house itself has everything you could want in terms of amenities. It has a large open kitchen/living/dining area where seven of us could hang out comfortable it has three TVs but we never even watched. However, we did make use of the extensive puzzle and game collection. Our babies were into Frozen and there were some Frozen puzzles which were a huge hit. The kitchen is exceedingly well stocked with glasses, pots and pans of every size. The beds are comfortable and you can drown in the luxurious towels and heated floors in the bath room Hosts are nearby, helpful and quick to answer any question. Town is safe and friendly and we never locked the door. We had a great time.

I must say that the owner, who lives on the same property as the VRBO, was very unwelcoming, unkind and accusatory of us before we even said "Hello". So, if you want your stay to be ruined stay here! She happened to be in the front yard watering flowers when we pulled up. She actually had a scowl on her face as soon as we pulled up to the property because we had an ATV with us. She told us she hates those vehicles and asked us twice if we knew where we were allowed to ride them! She also said we didn't tell her we were bringing an ATV, but we didn't know we needed to get her permission! She verbally attacked us about a therapy dog we brought, which we had gotten permission from her to bring. As it turned out, she got us confused with a different client that had negotiated $100 off the price because they had no dog. Then, I had gone inside to turn on the oven as I had to heat up some food, and couldn't figure out how to turn it on. I asked her if she would mind showing me and she huffed and puffed about that too!! If you don't mind being profiled and treated very poorly, then this is a beautiful vacation home.

We were fortunate enough to spend a family holiday at Bear West. We cooked a lot (kitchen is extremely well equipped) and took advantage of outdoor activities (bus stop is minutes away to get to the mountain). Walkability to downtown CB was also so great. Beds were comfortable, towels a plenty, and overall an awesome house. 3 enclosed bedrooms on first floor and an open loft on the 3rd with twin beds (no privacy — kids only I would recommend). Hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. They gave recommendations on winter activities and even left us a Turkey pan for cooking! So thoughtful. CB is also very COVID-safe which also made us feel good. House too had soap and hand sanitizer aplenty. Unfortunately, there was a water heater issue during our stay and we didn’t have hot water for 1.5 days. While the owner was very quick to respond and even let us into their home so we could shower (coach house), there was no offer made to refund a portion of our stay, which was unfortunate as it is an expensive vacation not to have access to hot water. Alas, these things happen. I’d recommend this home and location to any family traveling together. You won’t regret it. Safe travels!
